In order to restore our Constitutional Republic we must first restore Congress. Both the Senate and House are a part of a gigantic crime syndicate. The nenbers of Congress have become the agents of the Wall Street bankers and Corporations who are picking our pockets while we are sound asleep.
The House of Representatives was created to represent the people and it was supposed to be based on proportional representation. Each state was to have one representative for every thirty-thousand inhavitants. If the intent of our founding fathers was being observed we would have over 10.000 representatives.
There are currentlyover 9.500 vacancies in the House of Representatives and according tothe Constitution when vacacies occur it is the responsiility of the Governor to call for writs of election to fill the vacancies.
In order for Cogress to lawfully convene oen more than half the members would be required to be in attendance. For nearly 200 Congress has violated the Constitution by conducting business without a quorum.
Wyoming has a population of approximately 600,000 and has just one Congressional Represtative when the Constitution entitles themto 20 reoresentatives.
In order to have proportional representation, every Cpmgressional District in every state would need to be the same size,
