There was a time in our country's history when it was a crime to debase our currency or counterfeit our money. Congress was charged with protecting against such abuses.
That's why it says in;
Article I, Section 8,
"(Clause 5) Congress shall have the power to coin Money, regulate the Value thereof and of foreign Coin,..(Clause 6) and to provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current coin of the United States;".
With the passage of the Federal Reserve Act in 1913 however, Congress gave that power away. The problem is that nowhere in the Constitution does it say that Congress shall have the power to give away one or more of their enumerated powers. NOWHERE! Why is that important here?
Because it did nothing more than create a niche for the advancement of legalized crime in America in the form of usury and debt to the Federal Reserve Bank. We are no longer in control of the value of our money!
So how are they doing with protecting the value of our currency? Since that time the value of a dollar has lost 95% of its purchasing power and the nation and now pays over $3,000,000,000,000/yr (That's 3 Trillion) on the compounded interest alone on this debt.
The power to issue our money and "regulate the value thereof,.." was granted to Congress, not the Federal Reserve or any other privately owned bank.
The time has come for the people to demand the repeal of the Federal Reserve Act. By allowing this international crime syndicate known as The Federal Reserve Bank, primarily owned by The Rothschilds Family, to issue our money and regulate its value, the members of Congress stand in violation of their Oaths of Office; the part where they're supposed to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.
