The Constitution is a Contract

A civil war is a war between a government and faction of  political dissidents who attempting to overthrow the existing government. The so called American Civil War was not a civil war. Supreme Court Decisions are Opinions

Article III of the Constitution does not grant to the Supreme Court the authority to  decide on what is and what is not Constitutional. The Supreme Court has no legislative authority to make or nullify laws.
