In the days when monarchies ruled the world, the Kings and Queens needed the aristocrats and the landed gentry to prop them up. They would receive titles of nobility, like Sir, Knight, Prince, Gentry, Lord, Noble, Marquee or Esquire, Baron, Earl, or even Viscount or Duke, right along with great wealth, power and prestige, in exchange for their support of the Monarchy.
Today the aristocracy in America consist of individuals who support the government in exchange for benefits which are not available to the common people.
The modern day aristocrats are lawyers, bankers, politicians, judges, doctors, dentists, accountants, journalist, TV commentator, insurance agents, stock brokers, school teachers and government employees.
These individuals receive compensation that is much higher than the common man's. Because the aristocrats are on the governmental gravy train they strive to keep the ship of state afloat.
Ironically, most of the modern aristocrats of today don't even realize that they are working for the financial elite. Their gains are made possible through the exploitation of the common people.
The government is dependent on the aristocrats and the aristocrats depend on the government. We the people at the bottom of the pyramid elect these aristocrats to serve. Only they serve the financial elite instead of us.

The government steals the wealth of the people through taxation and then gives it back to them in the form of welfare. The recipients are being bribed with money that is being stolen from friends, family and countrymen.
our list of pseudo aristocrats does not include all of those on the list you provided. But many other catagories also. in this case oligarchy fits well. there are two groups with titles of nobility and by act of congress (none since 1860) made officers in the military gentlemen and accept without rebuttal, therefore acquiesce to Esquire.
All BAR attorneys are by law members of a communist organization and bear the title of nobility Esquire; the must register as foreign agents and have the card. Government employees are members of corporations acting in color of law not government.
We elect is a misnomer. there is no evidence that each vote counts. It is counted by a statistical formula. The local precincts quit counting when they find a winner within +- %.

Lysander Spooner in your example states that as we were unable to stop the color of law usurpation of government, therefore, we deserve no Constitution. However we still have the Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation and the NWO.

What is a Patriot? Is it someone who supports the government or is it someone who supports the principles of individual liberty and personal responsibility. If a Patriot is someone who is blindly obedient to the government, I am not a Patriot.
