The Constitution is the supreme law of the land and in Article ! Section 8 Clause 17 the jurisdiction of the United States is limited to an area not to exceed 10 miles square.
"To exercise exclusive legislative jurisdiction in all cases whatsoever, over such district (not exceeding ten miles square) as may, by cession of particular states, and the acceptance of Congress, become the seat of the government of the United States, and to exercise like authority over all places purchased by the consent of the legislature of the state in which the same shall be, for the erection of forts, magazines, arsenals, dockyards and other needful buildings;
Like most of the Constitution, Art 1 Sec 8 Clause 17/the "Enclave Clause" have been totally ignored by the feds, the courts, the states AND, the worst of all sins, by We the People. We are reaping what we have sowed and ignorantly or cavalierly plowed under.
There is something wrong concerning Ammon's recent torture. Don't know if you heard about The Freedom Coalition headed up by Sheriff Mack? I gave them money because I thought they were doing good to getting our political prisoners out of prison. Now I am not so sure what is going on. Here is what the Freedom Coalition messaged back to me in parts: "Ammon was never tortured. Sheriff Mack and Rick Dalton went to the prison met with ammon, met with the sheriff who conducted a criminal investigation. That article is a complete lie. The torture never happened. It is all down to preception with him. He says he was tortured, but there is 0 evidence to support his claim. Yes was he left in a shower stall for 13 hours. Yep, he was. What else He won't tell you is the guards came by every 15 min and asked him to put his hands through the window so they could undo the cuffs and get him out. He refused to do so for 13 hours. The cell is a lot bigger than 3x3, like 7x11.
That sheriff of nye county is a good sheriff. Your getting a bunch of disinfo. That sheriff attended our training conference last year and became a life member of the cspoa. I sat right next to her. She is one of the most constitutional LEO people I have met.
That sheriff conducted a criminal investigation on the prison..... So based on what is now a lie, she did her job. That is better than most sheriffs. Most would say it is the fbi's problem. She goes above and beyond what does she get? Death threats.
That sheriff also allows sheriff Mack to review all the evidence collected and conduct his own investigation. It is really sad how low the movement will slum its self when it gets desperate."
I have trouble believing these statements. I have never known Ammon to lie about anything, so what the heck is going on out there in Nevada?
UPDATE: Even though my above post is word for word as to what Sheriff Mack's volunteer's said on the Facebook page for The Freedom Coalition, they basically have come back later in a message to me and said it is wrong what is happening to our prisoners. I personally still don't believe that the Sheriff of Nye County had all the facts as to what happened with Ammon and was only presented with what they wanted to present the Sheriff with. Again, those working for this corrupt government are allowed to do whatever they please and walk away, and they will always be protected and cover what really happens up. God knows what happened in that prison and I am still praying that God expose every last one of these people who are abusing these men. Glad that there are people out there protesting this abuse in this prison. I would be there myself if not so far away.
Even though many who are volunteering for The Freedom Coalition on the Facebook Page to answer and keep up with messages, seem to understand what is happening is not right, they tend to side with Sheriff Mack on the torture issue. I for one believe torture is torture and should not be tolerated with in America, and especially on anyone, and most of all innocent people who haven't even been convicted yet. I can no longer donate to an organization that says these things, especially the fact that the article I shared first from "Redoubt News" is all a lie. I believe there is a lot of truth in that article and they are exposing those who are covering things up. I opened up a can of worms, but I believe that God some times exposes things to me, so I will not support the evil and lies. In this case I feel I cannot support The Freedom Coalition at this time, unless someone like Sheriff Mack comes out and makes a statement to this article himself. I heard Ammon Bundy after they took him out of the 3 x 3 shower stall...he did not sound like a person that was not abused. His voice sounded horrible and you could tell he was in pain and he was weak. Ammon would not lie. These guards and others in that prison are covering up their misdeeds and abuses. Shawana even said that the video would stop and restart and there were breaks in it. I am sure it was made to make it look like nothing happened there.
The police/sheriff's/Correctional Officers/ and ALL federal agents are taught that their orders and safety are the most important things in life. So - others may die!
