When a Judge violates the Constitution and the rights of a defendant in your County, the Sheriff should arrest the judge and the judge that is guilty of dishonoring his oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution needs to put on trial for violating the Supreme Law of the Land. If judges are permitted to violate the Constitution and their oath to defend it without accountability our Judicial system of will promote injustice.

The Sheriffs should be arresting Obama, and every member of the House and the Senate. They are not upholding the Constitution. Obama should be removed from office for he is not the legal President. The sheriffs should be in contact with Orly Taitz who has evidence. E-verify will not even validate Obama to work with the U.S. much less hold the office of the Presidency. Yes, all Elected officials and Judge who are not upholding the Consitution regarding laws, mandates, executive order and judicial decisions should be arrested. The sheriff's powers are even on the line....too much time has been wasted regarding the safety and future of our America. Obama must be removed and the presidency declared null and void....so hence all laws and mandates and etc would be null and void. Possibly the members of the House and Senate could be given another chance to prove that they are worthy to hold their position if Obama, Biden, and Pelosi and Reid were arrested. Obama was never officially vetted. Also, the Members of House and Senate and all Judges must understand and embrace and enforce the Constitution as the Law of the Land....no bill should even be presented on the floor of the house and the senate that consists of any stipulation or proclamation that is unconstitutional. If One presents a bill that in anyway hold unconstitutional measure then that individual would be removed immediately from their said position. Also, the provisions within a bill must be read completely to all members. No more of this excuse that some issue was hidden within a bill......What Nonsense.....Shorten the Bills and only one Subject per bill.

You need to have a Grand Jury indictment handed to the sheriff for him to arrest, and the perp has to be in their county. Without the grand jury indictment, it is futile.
