The Constitution Club provides a hosting service for each of the counties in America. The cost to host a county website is $20 per month. Each County will create their own local organization with a Board of Directors elected by the members of the Constitution Club in each of the counties. The goal of the local organizations is to unite liberty minded individuals in each of the counties for the purpose of holding elected officials accountable to honor and obey the Constitution.
Each organization will have the authority to establish their own policies and procedures. It is suggested that the local county Board charge its members monthly dues of $5 per month, but the ultimate decision regarding whether dues will or will not be charged will be left up to the discretion of the local chapters. The local organization must establish a bank account and must make all of make all of their financial transaction available to the public..
Each County Website will be able to offer local patriotic organizations with a FREE website page on the County Website and will be able to sell ads on the website to local merchants. We will also provide local chapters with the capacity to host their own weekly internet radio shows where local residents can educate themselves and network with one another.
When new members join the Constitution Club website they will automatically be assigned to the County Group for their respective county. All members of the county group will be able to post their own blogs and videos and will be able to initiate discussions on important issues and candidates.
These are just a few ideas regarding the organization of the county groups. The decision to accept or reject them is up to "We the People" of the Constitution Club. I believe that the positions on our Board of Directors be temporary and that we should ultimately have the people elect the Board of Directors. I think that we need to lay the foundation for the Constitution Club and for the Boards of Review.
In order to separate the those that are "All In" from those that are not totally committed, I think the requirement to pay dues is essential. I don't believe that those that have no skin in the game can be counted on. All of the money collected at the local level will be spent to fund the program at the county level.
If 10% of the Counties paid our national organization $20 per month we would be able to generate a monthly cash flow of $6,000. This money could only be spent with the consent of our Board of Directors.
