You all know everything I know about the "Profession" of Driving. That is if you have read the articles I've posted on this site. I have sought advice and council from every source I could find since 1974 and I have posted the results here.
Well, I realized after further thought on the subject, that we DON'T know what we should say when "pulled over" for a "Traffic" "stop", or "traffic stop" if you wish to combine the terms.
So, I set about trying to imagine how the sequence would go. The part of the "Officer" is easy to predict. They are robots; told what words to use; what order to put them in and EXACTLY, how to steer you into their "jurisdiction. Their behaviours are ALWAYS the same. The "Officer" will say, "I 'need' to see your , blah, blah, blah."
Now we all know that all of those "blahs" he seems to "need" to see are not really yours, but that is what he will call them even though he knows damn well that they actually are produced by the state. FIRST LIE!
THE TRUTH?
The papers are actually needed" to "establish authority" or "jurisdiction" over the "YOUR NAME" Strawman and create out of thin air, a right to take your possessions and COMPLETELY violate your "living soul" rights.
Also, if you notice, he never actually creates a specific "requirement" that you "comply" with his "need", it is simply insinuated. SECOND LIE!
THE TRUTH?
He never will make an actual "demand-in-law" that you "must" "comply" with. His actual job is to trick you into entering the state "jurisdiction" on your own by responding to his "need" as though it were completely inevitable and an actual command from "Law Enforcement" hired to protect us.
Still, that really is NOT helpful knowledge if you can't figure out how to diffuse the onslaught "on the spot". So, I think we should make up exact response phrases and words of our own which we can use to "replace" the ones "they" use to "entrap" us. Entrapment is against the law, by the way.
So, when the "officer", "asks" for these items, we say,
"Am I under arrest?";
"Am I free to go?";
"Am I under custodial detainment of any kind?";
"Have I committed a crime I wasn't aware of?";
"Am I under arrest?";
"Am I free to go?";
"Am I being investigated as a possible suspect of a crime?";
Am I free to go?"
"Thank You, uniformed man!"
You get it.
Assuming that doesn't get you anywhere, you can still continue down the road of the war on words, every time they attempt to establish "authority" to violate your rights.
note - There actually is no existing authority to violate the rights of an individual who has not harmed anyone. NONE!
You can really throw a bunch of wrenches into the works at every turn if you want to really screw up their process.
For instance, I have completely rebuilt, from the box out, an old Chevy Van, but if asked what I'm "driving" I will tell them that this is my "travelling set of wheels with certain curves, colors and lights for safety." "I call it the "Mortolet Mortivator". Do you like it?"
You see? Completely diffused!
And that's not the end of the ways we can confuse them and send them packing, the minute they realize; they've heard this crap somewhere before and want no part of the people who know their rights and EXACTLY how to protect those rights.
It's time to "fight fire with fire" as they say. Words for words. Definition for definition. One encounter at a time, with ALL of us saying the same words to them. The words we we will be using to BLOCK their EVERY attempt to establish "jurisdiction".

A friend told me he was traveling in his car without plates, registration, license, insurance, etc....and was stopped. After being told to produce the usual contracts by the actor in uniform, he said he's no longer a part of that system and have opted out. After some discussion, actor claims he's concerned about my friend's safety because he didn't have his seatbelt on. My friend asked the actor if he'd be happy if he put his seatbelt on? Cop says yes and all went on their merry way.

When asked for my papers, I responded "no thank you, I want to be on my way". This went back and forth a couple of times. He then demanded I pull to the side. He had gotten rather angry at my responses. I told him I had a right to travel freely, and asked, am I being detained. He said yes, you are being detained for suspicion of a crime (unnamed). He demanded I pull to the side, and I complied.
The evidence discovery noted there were over thirty blue agents at this "safety check", blue lights blazing, multiple cars, wagons, etc. they were visible for quite a long way off. I could easily have turned off onto another road, but chose not to do so as I had done nothing wrong.
When the blue approached the car I told him I have a right to travel unmolested without permission of the state, what is the problem? He said, "if you had said that upfront we wouldn't be having this conversation". I said, but I did. He said that didn't matter.
He then called over five of his friends to quiz me as to who I was, what I was doing, etc. I repeated the same every time, I have a right to travel without permission. Each blue jumped on that with, what kinda koolaid you been drinking, you been watching to many internet lies, you've gotta have a license, etc etc.
When they had asked me all they wanted they decided to read me Miranda ruling and handcuffed me, put me in back of a paddy wagon and hauled me to the county "hotel" to stay for the next 24 hours. During that time they fingerprinted, booked, examined and locked me up with a couple hundred other men, at least 14 of whom had gone into the same trap location I had.
I am handling the case myself. I have been charged with a criminal offense. The trial has been continued several times by me as I find various things in the "rules" that allow for discovery of evidence, etc. I requested a jury trial as my case could result in thirty days in jail! I have read lots of SCOTUS, District Court, and State Supreme Court rulings, that state that I am not required to have a license to travel, but rather only "drivers" must be licensed for using the roads for extraordinary purposes for private gain.
Admittedly, I once had a driver license over 15 years ago, but allowed it to expire when I found out I wasn't required to have one unless as a profession. I am not a driver so I didn't renew.
What you are suggesting is great, and needed. But preparation, practice and knowledge are key to this victory. The more I find out, the more there is, it is a deep rabbit hole.
Several things I have learned from this:
1. Always thoroughly prepare AHEAD of the confrontation and practice ritually. I knew much to begin, but not enough.
2. Be cool, poised, and controlled under pressure. There was lots of pressure on the scene with me, 5 cops with flashlights in my face, blue lights, sirens, neighbors, travelers and drivers passing by, camoflauged men stopping cars, etc. The experience is not one I undergo daily, weekly or monthly, but the day will arrive. It might be good to have the mindset of being a good guy captured behind enemy lines and being interrogated.
3. Say nothing! After the initial confrontation as you've listed above, Don't open your mouth. Too many of us want to defend ourselves or state our case on the scene. Mistake. They want too much personal info to build their case, don't spill your guts.
4. Learning the Rules of Court might help, it has helped me some thus far, but the actual courtroom drama will be the test, I'm not there yet, but it's coming soon.
5. I hope my personal experience helps somebody. I hope others open their eyes to the truth.

I thought you did well. You have a lawsuit against each and every corporate governance person there. The Clearfield Doctrine states you were dealing with a mere corporation and 18 USC 3571 states you probably have $250,000.00 penalty from each.

What you say and write is critical. One chance only.
Never ever sign any of their docs (tickets, court papers, applications, licenses, etc...) These are all adhesion contracts putting us into their jurisdiction and they make $ off our signatures. Say nothing. Put everything into writing, never using legalese.

We can never win in their corrupt statutory (fictional) courts. Stay out of there!!! Instead, invoke your common law land court (only wo/man, no fictions like the STATE OF XYZ)where you are the prosecutor (moving your claim) and there are NO BAR liayers. Try giving them (prosecutor who is bringing the complaint against you. Use only first names. 'Notice', something like "i, michael, a man, answer all claims(only man can claim). Where's the man or woman claiming i do wrong and i'm ready to pay restitution. If no claim in present before me in x days, i require this complaint (fictions complain) be discharged immediately in its entirety. After x days, file a common law claim for trespass (using NO legalese) to turn yourself into the claimant [plaintiff, but that's legalese) because the defendant (legalese) is a debtor who is a slave.
If you have a hearing, file another 'Notice' to hold your own preliminary hearing on the same day( template attached). Answer no questions, say as little as possible other than "where's the wo/man who claim i owe a debt?" and refer to your court filings. Language is very important! If you talk legalese, you are in their jurisdiction and have no rights. Period.

I have never seen a case in which a court claimed such an adhesion contract was valid. In a contract, both parties must gain something of relatively equal value. Since you are only giving the state something for nothing, it cannot pass for a contract.
You are only subject to legislative branch courts if the gov under which your citizenship arises is subject to such courts. In the United States, there are only two branches of gov. The judicial branch [ Art 3 courts ] were for citizens of the states and have no application for fed citizens. They are under Art 4 territorial courts which are owned by congress.
We have posted many of the helpful scenarios you speak of, Mr. Reed. There is an article with a particularly interesting addition to this subject. One's knowledge of exactly how to act, what to say, and how to challenge the system WITHIN the system is important and we have not skipped over that little fact.
