So when are we going to stop this nonsense? If you look back in time you will see a cry of "Global Cooling, a new Ice Age is coming", from the very same crowd who today promotes the idea of man-made global warming. These people need to make up their mind. Or is there a hidden agenda?
Cap and Trade, carbon taxes and restrictions on power plants by the EPA and the "Global Climate Change" crowd will do little to nothing to change our climate. This is a farce and there is big money behind it. If you blindly comply with this nonsense, we will see a day very soon where these idiots will start telling you that because you breathe out CO2, they are going to regulate your very existence. If we do nothing we will soon be regulated out of existence.

Global Warming/Climate Change is just another gimmick for political entrepreneurs to make an easy buck. Even if this is so I still think it serves a purpose by raising people's awareness of environmental issues.
Toward the end of the video, a market based solution was suggested, but if Global Warming is a myth why would a solution even be necessary. The normal activities of a market based economy has made a mess, (even if so called Global Warming is not part of it), of this earth. The video also went to another extreme by saying that maybe we should have a cessation of all economic activities FOREVER and become like the billion people who live their lives without modern energy sources.
Maybe a better approach would be to have a cessation of all economic activities for a season. We would then learn from this experience and make adjustments for the future. This is one aspect of the Shmita year.
