The U.N. Resolution 2117 lists 21 points dealing with firearms control, but perhaps of most interest is point number 11:
"CALLS FOR MEMBER STATES TO SUPPORT WEAPONS COLLECTION and DISARMAMENT of all UN countries".
By a 53-46 vote - The U.S. Senate voted against the U.N. resolution. HOORAY.

In a 53-46 vote, the Senate narrowly passed a measure that will stop the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.
The Statement of Purpose from the Senate Bill reads: "To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty." The U.N. Small Arms Treaty, which has been championed by the Obama Administration, would have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of small firearms. The ban would have affected all private gun owners in the U.S. and had language that would have implemented an international gun registry, now get this, onall private guns and ammo.
Astonishingly, 46 out of our 100 United States Senators were willing to give away our Constitutional rights to a foreign power.

Senator Bob Casey is going to be brought up on charges for this treasonous act and I will see to it personally that he is impeached if not incarcerated for crimes. He will be warned first as is customary procedure for attempting to acquire remedy from one who has done wrong.
After that, Criminal charges MUST be filed. This is Treason. It is the very definition of Treason, to whit;
"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, (taking away our guns), or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort (the IMF?). No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."
Every one of these "representatives" should be IMMEDIATELY recalled for crimes against America AND violations of their Oath of "Office".
AND;
This is another great example why we need to REPEAL the 17th Amendment!

This happened in 2013 everyone. While I understand that this merits some discussion because of the blatantly treasonous votes of our fine "representatives, it's just old news. There are more important (and current) fish to fry.
