Sharia Law
So do you think we have a problem? Let’s take a look at Islam in America and the idea of “freedom of religion.”
Let’s see what some think. This is from the site called: Islamic Law Expert –
“Sharia Law can be hard to understand—for many reasons. Sharia law, which governs virtually every aspect of life for any observant Muslim, is vast, complex and flexible.
(Are they kidding? Flexible? ) Watch the video!
Sharia Law, (sometimes called Shariah Law) derives from the Quran and the Sunna (holy books) and also from legal opinions derived from a consensus of scholars and jurists. The scope of the subject matter alone makes the mastery of Sharia law challenging.”
(I sure would like to know how they define “consensus”.) Watch the video!
"Another source of confusion is the political and emotional impact of Sharia which is largely fueled by fear, prejudice and misunderstanding.
(Misunderstanding? Prejudged?) Watch the video! Judge for yourself.
“In the United States and elsewhere in the world there are many individuals and groups who are stridently Anti-Sharia Law because they believe there is danger in allowing Shariah law to encroach on the law of the land.
These fears are unfounded because this cannot happen and nobody is even asking that it ever happen.”
(Unfounded? Are they kidding?) Watch the video!
And this one I really love.
“Shariah law will never supplant the American legal system in any way.”
“Another reason why Islamic law expertise is important is that the Muslim American population in the United States is currently around 8 million and growing. These are patriotic American citizens who are law-abiding, but who also want to follow the religious teachings of Sharia because not everything in Sharia violates American law.”
This is CRAP! You CANNOT be a “Patriotic American” and think for ONE SINGLE MINUTE that you can also follow Sharia Law. “The twain shall never meet.” There is NO correlation between the two and Sharia Law violates our precepts in every way. So the question arises.
Why the hell are we allowing these “politically correct” teachings in our “Public”, (government) schools? Watch the video! You decide.

Your are right, of course. Sharia Law should never supplant secular law - IN THE SAME WAY THAT Christian law should never supplant secular law.
Islam is on the upswing. Christianity (in America) is in decline. If Christians don't start to stand firm in defense of the secular Constitution, they might well find themselves subject to the abhorrent laws that many non-Christians now find themselves living under.
As less than 1% of America's young (aged 18-24) have a Biblical worldview - it seems reasonable to me that NOW is the time to support the secular view of religious freedom. Hating the enemy does nothing but put Christians in more danger.
Jesus said to love thy neighbor (even your enemies) as you love yourself. If Christianity insists that its values cannot be taken over by another group that punishes them in retribution, they aren't thinking it through thoroughly. The First Amendment exists for a reason - to prevent the horrors of the shown kind of atrocities that exist under Shariah Law.
I suspect that Christians are not aware of the gross punishment that they are inflicting on those who don't fit the post 1980 version of Christianity by working so industriously to insert God's Laws into our secular government. They seem to think that as long a they are not hurt, no one who matters is hurt - but how is this fundamentally different from the oppression of government on all of us.
Equality means loving your neighbor as yourself. For as long as your group is against another group, other groups will be against your group. That's what happens when groups become centralized.
It is a threat - but by making Sharia Law in any form illegal, we do ourselves a disfavor. I heard one Christian televangelist say that Sharia Law is an abomination but Jewish laws of kashrut are not, even though the only difference between dietary laws of Islam and dietary laws of Judaism include the use of the words "Praise Allah" during the ritual slaughter of an animal.
Rather than hate Muslims, why not love the Constitution? You can't do both. You can't serve two masters.
No, the Constitution says that there shall be no religious test.
Furthermore, the Muslim Brotherhood is in the Near East, not in American government. The Muslim Brotherhood is a political organization over there. It is a political party, just as we have political parties.
Gail, you're not paying attention. Even the MSM reports on posts being filled in Homeland Security by Muslims with ties to the Brotherhood, as well as Obama's own czars having similar ties. Do you think for one minute, that a chief executive who is funneling our money directly to the Muslim Brotherhood, would not invite them into our country, and our government? Obama was born and raised a Muslim. He even stated in his 'autobiography' that he sides with Muslims over Americans. What more do you need to understand. Also, I refer you to my earlier reply to this post. Muslims place a higher allegiance to our mortal enemy, Islam than they do to our Republic. Do you know the definition of treason?
And by the way: MB is not a political party. It is a branch of our enemy's military force.
Gail, where have you been hiding? the muslim brotherhood in America, is very strong. And they have the backing of the whitehouse! Muslim judges have been put in office. Federal Judges! Jareer Abeed has seen to it, that muslims and sheria will take over our country! want proof? Go to Creeping Sharia. com. Look for yourself. I hope you see the light. As Always. " I live my life. That when my feet hit the floor in the morning. The devil and muslims say, " OH CRAP!!! HE IS AWAKE!!!"
I do not see a link that is active on the video, please show me the link ASAP!
Thanks.
Any law that comes into conflict with the Laws of Nature and Nature's God is not lawful or legitimate. Natural Law is God's Law and was established by the Creator to govern the Universe. Sharia Law was conceived and written by a man and violates the principles of ethics and morality. Sharia Law does not recognize that men and women are entitled to equal protection under the law. Sharia Law supports a system that is more a political ideology than it is a legitimate religion.
If you think that's the way that it is, then you must also consider the fact that many Christians in government are so against the Constitution that they vote for things that are very much opposed to our Constitution. How do you think that America got as messed up as it is? It certainly wasn't the Muslims. The crisis in America has been around much longer than the Muslim voice.
By your mode of thinking, there is no way to separate the Westboro Baptist Church from Christianity. If you start down that road, then you must insist that all Baptists are not Christians. And by extension, an argument could readily be made (using the teachings of Jesus while ignoring Paul) that you are insisting that no Christians are Christians. Thus, you would agree with me that all Christian laws should be removed from our government, and people should not vote their religion, but rather vote in defense of the Constitution as written, and as documentary evidence demonstrates it was meant to be understood.
Gail, our posts and responses are not synchronized, but in answer to your point; it is not the Christians in government voting against the Constitution, it is primarily the Communist/Progressive/Liberal/Democrats and RINO Republicans. And that is what is messing America up--along with 80% of our population crippled by our perverted eduction system and lack of moral leadership.
As for Westboro, I don't share their views, but I respect their opinions--and I can choose to ignore them. I can't ignore someone who is trying to kill me and my family--under any pretense.
The rest of your straw man logic is just confusing, except for the Constitution part. Based on the rest of your position, I don't know what you mean by 'documentary evidence demonstrates it was meant to be understood.' What documents? Why do we need any source to tell us what it means?
The way I see it, Morton, Islam is not a religion, rather, it is a system of totalitarian government based on Muslim ideology and dogma. That is why it is referred to as the 'Nation of Islam'. As such, it has no place within our borders, any more than China should be setting up sovereign territories with our borders. Ooops, sorry, China's already being permitted to do that.
For any nation to act as host in such a parasitic relationship is beyond folly--it is suicide. Our Constitution does not provide for this and our laws are incompatible with, and strictly forbid, such a corruption of our sovereignty. And need I mention the direct conflict between our founding Judeo-Christian principles and the virilant, amoral, and inhumanly oppressive policies of Sharia law? I think not!
American history is rich with accounts of our resistance to, and battles with, Islam. Muslims occupy the darkest depravities of human nature and have always dealt in the most vile forms of slavery, prostitution, drugs, sexual deviancy, and torture. Then, there's that whole personal hygiene thing, but we won't address that on this forum.
Morton--thanks, for introducing another great topic. I can always count on you to get my vinegar boiling in the morning! (Gosh, I hope CAIR doesn't read this!)
