The 36th Amendment

To the Constitution for the united Republics of America

 Section 1.

The Seventeenth Amendment is hereby repealed

Section 2.

Article I, Section 3, Clause 1, in the original Constitution of the United States shall never be construed to be anything but a right of the several state Republic Legislations only, existing or newly formed, and shall never be sold or transferred to the people as an individual right, but instead be defined as a states’ right to representation outside the peoples’ authority.

Section 3.

The state Legislatures shall have exclusive authority to recall and replace any Senator by majority vote with removal by impeachment not necessary to a recall.

Section 4.

Congress shall have the power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
