It is my opinion that we are not under democracy. I feel the evidence shows that the fed gov has gone rogue and become totally lawless and has placed the states under military occupation long ago. The gov enforces the laws it wants and does not hesitate to ignore those that limits its powers. That means we have a single gov operating under communist policy instead of law.

Sounds like a rule of Men instead of a Rule of Law. A military dictatorship.
