Unconstitutional Judges Need to Be Prosecuted

When a Judge violates the Constitution and the rights of a defendant in your County, the Sheriff should arrest the judge and the judge that is guilty of dishonoring his oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution needs to put on trial for violating the Supreme Law of the Land. If judges are permitted to violate the Constitution and their oath to defend it without accountability our Judicial system of will promote injustice.

    Damn straight Keith, I caught an adminstrative law "Judge" off guard last December when a hearing was conviend and my first question was I requested a copy of his oath in a previous hearing off the record, and he said "I think I signed one when I took the oath", which is not the answer to my question. So I looked him up on the web and found he had studied law in Ohio and passed in both Ohio as well as Florida the BAR exam in two States, but he neglented to even join the Oregon State BAR by simply studying the for the BAR exam here in Oregon, so the next time I saw him I ask him for his certified copy of his oath and he knew he was on the record and he couldn't produce it and asked him on the record again for his oath and he couldn't produce it, so I then recused him on the spot and on the record and he still continued illegally with his descision which because I really had him over a barrel and he knew it, so I won very quickly. He has no oath, and therefore no judicial immunity or bond and none of his discisions have ever been legal ever, and he can be sued directly. And we have a law that applies to this situation here in Oregon, he's an imposter and I can litteraly order the Sheriff to arrest him on impersonating a Judge. The State BAR just about freaked out when I reported him to the BAR for practicing law without a license from the BAR, and he was finally cleared by the BAR on this matter but he's not the only Judge in Oregon without a Constitutional oath on record with the Secretary of State's Office, who never returned my calls on my request for his certified oath of Office. In essence the Secretary of State's Office was in on covering up this small but VERY importent issue. This has been going on here in Oregon for the last 16 years now, it's time to put an end to this illegal and unConstitutional crap in our Courts in Oregon. Any one can google this: Judges without oaths in Oregon and just watch what pops up.

    A first hand experience with judges. After being in court for several appearances with an attorney that nearly bankrupt me, one time I showed up by myself. The county judge asked where my attorney was. I replied, "I don't have one". The judge told me I MUST have an attorney and I answered back that, "this was my matter and no one can speak better on the issue than I". The judge was upset and ORDERED me to return with an attorney. I replied No! That's when he went balistic and threatened me for being in contempt. I ignorantly offered that, "We are in the united States of America and my Rights allow me freedom of speech, and I am going to speek in court". He wouldn't allow it. I asked him, "Are we going to follow the Constitution of the United States"? I and everyone in the courtroom was shocked by his outburst...

    "... No, not in MY courtroom, we are not"! Sit down!

    I looked at everyone in attendance. You could of heard a pin drop.

    Yep, that was before I had any clue what was going on. Today it all makes sense now.

    We may wish to read how our Supreme Court values OUR Rights. Is it time to prosecute the actors wearing the black robes? They just greenlighted lawlessness.
