Who is Running the Show

The duly elected Sheriff of Rowan County, Kentucky is Jack Carter. He is the Chief Law Enforcement Officer in his County. The Judge who sent Kim Davis to jail violated her rights and his oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.

When a District Attorney suspects that a crime has been committed it is his or her job to convene a Grand Jury to determine if their is sufficient evidence to find the accused individual guilty.

If the Grand Jury determines there is sufficient evidence, it becomes the duty of the Sheriff to arrest the individual accused of the crime. It is not the job of a judge to override the Jury and become Executioner.

The people need to contract the District Attorney and Sheriff of Rowan County and demand that Kim Davis receive due process of law.

The judge who sent Kim Davis to jail is guilty of violating the Supreme Law of the Land and should be held accountable. Sheriff Carter can defend the Constitution and honor his oath or he can defend the judge. If the Sheriff refuses to arrest the judge, the people of Rowan County should seek the indictment of their Sheriff as a co-conspirator.

  • YES!
  • One of the judge's proclamations in his decision to jail this woman was,

    "Oaths mean something"!

That's true, and we are pleased that this judge recognizes that specific fact.

However, what happens when judges disregard their very own oaths? These liers in black robes love the attention, and don't hesitate pontificating from atop their soapbox, but when the light is placed upon them, it's different. They like to hide behind immunity, just because they are special. Every american should be reminded that judges are NOT special. They are employees of the people, that's it! Like any other American employee, they can be held accountable, prosecuted, convicted, fined, jailed, or fired. They are human just like anyone else. They are not without human fault. It happens. But when they violate the Peoples Constitution in performing their Constitutional employment contract, or oath, they should be held at a higher level of scrutiny than the average Joe. Because they should know better, it's their job to know better. They went to school for this stuff. That's why we hired them. They were trusted to be more qualified to understand the laws of the land over the average ignorant Citizen that is not as highly educated on such matters.

Truth be told, Americans better get more educated on these matters.

It's time for the pendulum to swing back the other way. For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. This particular judge should attempt to defend himself for exactly the same alleged crime as Kim Davis. But unlike the judge, she did not violate her oath. She stayed true to her religious beliefs, just as OUR Constitution had given her the protection of that human right.

Until these judges begin to be prosecuted themselves, we will never fix any of the three branches of government. Who should we turn to, to get a fair shake at protecting OURSELVES from THEM?

The only other method to fix these problems is not a good one. We either fix problems like civilized humans or fix it like barbarians. Pick one.
  • Agreed and the state police are the militia , who arrests the sheriff ?

    Thanks Mort .

    • The coroner has the authority to arrest the sheriff.

    • no the State police are governors police  the Sheriff can only be arrested by the coroner of the County/. or through a Grand jury. but the Grand Jury has been taken over for the leaders use so now we have a void

  • The BAR assoc has completely overtaken and engulfed our judicial system!  2 judges here in Pueblo, CO were without oaths and were called on it.  They filed them the next day and their un-constitutional rulings involving my granddaughter's father's custody were upheld with no admission of being wrong by anyone including our sheriff's department.  The sheriff is gladly upholding their VOID rulings as law.  Maybe it's because the sheriff's oath is also invalid and when I confronted our AG, Cynthia Coffman in person, she told a "funny story" as to how her oath was not timely filed, and yet is still in office!  Countles filings are being made about this in Colorado and they just ignore them.
