I assure you, that after almost 50 years of helping people preparing federal and state income tax returns, I have seen many people lose everything and even spend time in federal prison for not filing. Some were even killed by i.r.s. agents. Even congressmen have gone to prison advocating against the legality of the income tax. I have helped many to resolve these issues, not as a paid professional, but as an unpaid crusader. Don't be fooled, many have gone down one at a time. To eliminate the i.r.s. would take an act of congress and the president. To reinstate tariffs and institute a 3% national sales tax would more than make up the income lost, from a clumsy over employed bureaucracy. The burden lifted from businesses and wage earners would stimulate a recovery never before seen.

But it won't stop them from continuing their outrageous spending and corruption.
Right, only a dead duck president and congress could do that, it could alleviate the social engineering and favoritism found in the i.r.s. codes.
So, where do we think the IRS is sending that money?
None of us owes a slavery tax disguised as a patriotic income tax.
