A Republican Form of Government

A REPUBLIC IN NAME ONLY

The Democratic Republic of North Korea, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the People's Republic of China and the United States of America all claim to be Republics, but in reality each is an oligarchy controlled by international bankers and rich and powerful criminals,

The government created by the Constitution can more accurately described is a representative democracy. The founding fathers invented a new form of government where the people would participate in a both direct and indirect elections.

In order to prevent mob rule they created a bicameral legislature where both the people and the states would be represented. One house would consist of members chosen in direct democratic elections and second house chosen by the legislatures of the states.

This combination of direct and indirect elections provided checks and balances in order to overcome the dangers of a direct democracy.

Our representative democracy has become an oligarchy pf the rich and powerful individuals and corporations that have turned the people into perpetual debt slaves.

Our government that was created to limit the government and protect the rights of the people has become a tool in the hands of the corrupt lawyers, greedy bankers and dishonest politicians.

So what is the solution? The Constitution is not broken. It is being ignored. We the people are not educated to understand the power we hold. (Can you summarize the third amendment? How about the eighth?) The Courts do every thing they can to intimidate and make people think only lawyers can defend you. If I had my way, I would repeal 'Every' law and amendment, created after December of 1912 and with that repeal, the first law or amendment would be "The One Subject at a Time act"!!! Perhaps the second time around, we could get it right! Notice that in the current congress, the OSAT act has NO Democrats as sponsors.
