Ammon Bundy's God given rights have been completely ignored and violated by a criminal crime syndicate masquerading as a legitimate government. Because, Ammon Bundy has steadfastly defended the Constitution, his rights he have become a thorn in the government's side.
The government is dedicated to silencing this man who refuses to comply with the tyrants that have no respect for the life, liberty and property of the people they are supposed to defend.
The origin of the controversy regarding the Bureau of Land Management is all about jurisdiction. In Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17, it clearly states in the "Enclave Clause" that the jurisdiction of the Federal Government is limited to an area "not to exceed 10 miles square." The Federal government is prohibited from owning land in any of the states except for military forts, dockyards and needful buildings.
The land in Clark County was unlawfully acquired by the Federal government in 1864 when Nevada was forced to cede the land to the Federal government in Nevada's Enabling Act. According to the Constitution the Federal government may only acquire land within a state with the consent of the state's legislature and must pay for the land which is acquired.
The land in states collectively belongs to the people and the theft of hundreds of millions of acres by the Federal government in the western states is the reason why Ammon Bundy openly protested at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge and was sent to prison for doing so.
The government that was created to protect the lives, liberty and property of the people has become the enemy of the people. Instead of being the guardian of our liberty, the government has become the usurper of our rights.

Ammon Bundy is only guilty of defending the Constitution and his God given rights. The only criminal in this story is the government who has consistently violated the Constitution and the rule of law.
