This appears to be a fool-proof method of not only winning in traffic court, but a way to make a fortune doing it, or at the very least, paint these SOB's right into a corner they can't escape. The judge may even try to call a "recess", leave the bench and vacate the courtroom, thereby resetting the entire case and court. If your savvy to this tactic, it won't work.
