Comments from Kirk Beck

For your humble consideration:  our Declaration of Independence points out that it is the right of the People to alter or abolish the government that we have created. We know that the majority of elected representatives in California continue to violate their oath of office.
I am of the mind that future affidavits should remind them that in the course of any future alteration of the present governmental system there will be a apprehension and indictment of all government officials who have publicly violated their oath.  This would mean that upon the proper and, hopefully, peaceful alteration of our present Constitution, those who have publicly admitted to violating their oath via default to a duly notarized affidavit would be subject to imprisonment for their treasonous actions.
If might also be advisable to remind them that the majority of Americans who hold to limitation of government power, also have nearly 90% of the guns and ammunition to back up their belief system should the fascist elitists in this nation attempt to deprive us of our 2nd Amendment right to bear arms.
Obviously, I see that the near future may lead to serious confrontation with the Left which continues to increase in violent action each day.
I know if I were in their shoes, I would appreciate some advance warning of probable future imprisonment.

  • Would Trump be within his executive jurisdiction to write an E.O. (supporting executive, legislative and judicial) faithful adherence to the Law of Nature/Nature's God, to the Constitution and founding principles, and require  ALL civil servants to sign this, under penalty of Treason/Execution/Prison/Hanging)?

oh, I think I must be dreaming.
