Three items: an opinion regarding your question and two questions that I have.
My opinion on WHY ISN’T BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA, HILLARY CLINTON, ERIC HOLDER, NANCY PELOSI AND HARRY REID…………..IN PRISON? I suspect the reason is that in their opinion they have the legal authority to do what they are doing as a result of the Emergency Banking Act of March 9, 1933 and are simply using the authority given to them by Congress in that act.
My questions:
1. Since the Presidency - and thereby every President since 1933 – has been authorized to rule the country as a dictator using Executive Orders, Presidential Decision Directives etc. as a result of the Emergency Banking Act of March 9,1933 (which also made “we the people” official enemies of the Federal government), has he and members of the Executive Branch done anything illegal? IMMORAL YES!! But that doesn’t make their actions illegal.
Clearly, this act is one of the many Federal actions exceeding the clear bounds of its jurisdiction as alleged by thirty governors on 11/22/94 and the actions of many Presidents have been morally wrong. Perhaps what Americans should be doing is to push Congress to repeal this Act to put Congress back into the loop.
2. Do you think there’s any chance enough patriotic Americans will ever realize the importance of James 4:17 and do what’s right and accept Medori Severi’s advice saying: "until we abandon our manifold private agendas and unite, we will merely be hapless observers standing at the bottom of a dark, deep pit, wistfully hoping to save the world, but really doing little more than breaking the fall of compatriots who are pushed in on top of us….” and uniting in pursuit of the few options through which we might gain control of the Federal government?
