There is clear evidence that, not only was the 16th Amendment never properly ratified, but Karl Marx is clearly the source of this form of direct taxation on "income". It is based on envy of another's earnings, as though it was perfectly proper in the mind of Karl Marx to simply take that amount which "those upon high" would have you believe is more than he "needs". "To each by his needs" sound familiar?
So we continue to suffer the ravages of Communism, like it or not, eh? It's time to have a talk with your state Representative.
