Make no mistake about it, those lurking in the shadows in control of our government also control the schools and the media. Virtually everything were are taught is designed to shield us from reality. We are taught in government schools what they want us to believe, We are taught to obey rather than to think for ourselves. We are taught that it is a sin to question authority and that good citizens always do what they are told.
The Constitution was the foundation of our government. It was written by the representatives of the people of the several states to govern the government. The Constitution has failed because of the ignorance and apathy of the people. The Constitution is amended every time Congress passes legislation that is not authorized in delegated in the Constitution. The Constitution is amended when the President issues Executive Orders that effect people who are not employed by the government and whenever the Supreme Court legislates from the bench.
We have been led to believe that it is the job the Supreme Court to decide what is and what is not Constitutional, We have told this lie in order to transfer our sovereignty to a panel of nine politically appointed lawyers.
The fact of the matter is that the states wrote the Constitution and created the government and that the representatives of the people serving as legislators in the state are responsible to be the guardians of our liberty and the defenders of our Constitution.
The only lawful way is to amend the Constitution.
Many of the Amendments including the 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th Amendments were not lawfully ratified and the legislatures of the states need to determine which amendments have been lawfully ratified and which ones have not.
If the Senate of the united States was functioning as it was intended, the senate would be representing over 7,000 state legislators.
The only states that should be able to vote on the ratification of a proposed amendment are the states that existed when the amendment was first proposed.
State Legislatures have a right to change their ratification vote whenever they wish. Forty one states have ratified the 17th amendment and if six states rescind their ratification vote, the 17th amendment would be one vote short of the number of states necessary for ratification.
If seven states voted to rescind their ratification of the 16th Amendment and the IRS would cease to exist.
Congress is working the Wall Street bankers and corporation and they don't want you to know this. We the people of the states need to accept the reality that the men and women we elect to serve us have formed an alliance with the financial elite.
