When I was elected to serve the people of ____________________ as your County Sheriff, I took an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.
I will, to the best of my ability honor my oath and enforce those laws that are Constitutional and will defend the my constituents against the usurpation of power by public servants.
As the County Sheriff and Chief Law Enforcement Officer in the County, I am not an officer of the court and I will not take my marching orders from the County Board of Supervisors.
I will arrest all individuals in my county that commit crimes whether they be burglars, rapists or public servants that violate their oath of office.
I recognize the fact that the Federal government has no lawful jurisdiction in my county and that I am not obligated to comply with directives from Congress, the President or any of the Federal Agencies.
I will resign from office before I will violate my oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic.
