86 Senators Vote to Suspend the Constitution
The greatest enemy to our liberty is not the terrorists from the Middle East, it is the Congressmen who violate the Constitution. The government which was created to defend the lives, liberty and property of the people is now working for the bankers and the financial elite.
Eighty Six Senators voted to grant the President the authority to suspend the Constitution and detain American citizens without the due process of law. As you can clearly see the Republicans and Democrats are equally to blame for violating the Constitution.
The House of Representatives voted 283 in favor and 136 opposed.
The Senate voted 86 in favor and 13 opposed.
