The Right to Travel
By Morton IX
There shouldn't be any confusion on this issue, but as we are always getting new members, I feel it prudent to remind EVERYONE of the information we have posted on this subject.
No offense, however confusion does still exist in the United States as a whole. The Patriot Community; at least on this site should have already been educated on the subject of traveling without a license. However, just in case you missed them, I present the following for your perusal:
- Right to Travel - Forms
- Right to Travel - Definitions
- Driving - Right or Privilege
- Right to Travel - Rules of the DMV
- Right to Travel Follow Up
- Decoding Book - Right to Travel
- Void - Do Not Use, or even
- SSN Not Required
If that's not enough to satisfy anyone, you can always go see Driving is a Profession, posted in Public Comments & Discussions or even check out how to defend this right of Travel by going to the Guru himself, Rich Iverson.
You can also check out Right to Travel from Keith.

The state statutes / codes are written in harmony with the state constitution. No state is granted the authority to mandate a drivers license for private travel.
However: 14th amendment citizens have no rights secured by their state's constitution and the 14th, due to its nature, does not incorporate very many rights - including the right to uses the public highways, therefore the commerce laws on traveling can be imposes upon them.
Courts: The judicial branch / common law courts were closed in the early 1950's. When you are processed in one of the current 'statutory / legislative branch' courts, to claim jurisdiction, the court must move on the claim that you are a 14th / fed citizen / citizen of the United States. The trail court judges know this and they know a 14th citizen has almost no rights. So when you start yelling about rights, the judge simply ignores you because 14th citizens have no such rights.
The only legal alternative is to deny being a 'citizen of the United States'.
Today, 14th status is imposed on everyone. This gives the United States / fed gov the ability to claim that it has the power to come into the states and impose its laws on everyone even though no such power is granted to the fed gov. This strips the state-only citizens of all their constitutionally secured common law rights. This can only be done under fed military occupation. Under military occupation, a fact the unPatriot Act and NDAA make very clear, all rights have been suspended.
Now that you know this, does anyone really want to take on the system? If so, do it over a parking ticket. If you cannot win a parking ticket - then how can you expect to win something much more important?
