Every Municipal Corporation including Cities, Counties and States have budgets. Every School District also has a budget/ Their budgets indicate how much money those agencies have allocated to fund their activities.
Their budget is not based on how much money they have available, it only reveals how much money they are willing to spend. All of these agencies have literally millions of dollars over and above the numbers revealed in their respective budgets/
When you or I spend more money that we have budgeted for a month, we simply transfer funds from our savings account to balance the our budget. Instead of doing what we do, government agencies simply raise taxes.
According to Walter Burien the government agencies earned 14 trillion dollars on their investments last year. With that much money coming in there is absolutely no need for the government to tax the people.
Can you image the financial consequences that would result if the people did not have taxes to pay. Taxes are not about money, they are a mechanism to control the people.

guess what??? the government is going to continue to lie, cheat and steal from the normal everyday person. They are NOT going to doing anything that is going to take the monies put of their pockets, no their pockets are full and over flowing! Stand up PROPLE and demand government come clean and tell the PEOPLE the real and truthful amounts of monies and investments they are hiding ( and stealing) from the PEOPLE. Government must be reorganized and must have strong policies so that the government can not steal anymore for the PEOPLE! This government hiding of monies is also known as "taxation without representation, Wasn't that what we broke away from the british (England and it royal families of apparent thieves) corporation in the 1776 beginning of this Country??
