  • Congratulations, Morton. Glad I happened to catch this one, there is so little time to keep up my contacts. I am totally absorbed in my legal case--which seems to be going well, at this point. Trial is set for Feb. 9, and we are making steady progress. Our objective is to kill the case before it gets to that point. So far, the court can't provide 'nature and cause' of charges, and I have demanded discovery, but to no avail. I also haven't been arraigned, yet, but the judge entered a 'not guilty' plea on my behalf, anyway, while refusing to tell me what I was pleading not guilty to. Welcome to 1984.

    • Welcome back Terry. I thought of you yesterday. Wondered how your case was going. Hope you fry those bastards. We need Patriots like you to carry the torch when its darkest of all. Thanks for fighting the good fight.

    • you do know when the judge entered "not guilty" for you he was your counsel practicing law from the bench....

When he said not guilty you should have accepted his judgment thanked him and walked out... I missed that the first time around.

our cases are very similar in we are moving our handling our cases in much the same way. we should talk. you can email thru here. Rosanna

  • Happy Birthday Morton.

did you get my email about sending me the links to the 2nd amendment threads?  I found something that demonstrates the perfect reason for our 2nd amendment. I will post it on a gun thread but I lost where they are at.
