Yes, they have had a case since the early 90's when the federal govt. overreached by going over the State of Oregon. Unfortunately, when Americans try to hold them accountable they are thrown under the bus and called "terrorists" (or blown off as some crazy conspiracy nut). If Americans can not hold them accountable, who will? It does not help matters any considering the mainstream media does not report the truth and there is no true investigative reporting.
The public needs to know that Bill and Hillary have sold the Hammond's property to the Russians without title of the Hammond's property and are having the BLM do their hard work, so the Russians can mine uranium.
The judge used his discretion in filing charges to the Hammonds. Then the BLM gets another judge to file the same charges which is double jeopardy.

What my and perhaps even your ancestors did to the aboriginal inhabitants of this continental Nation was nothing short of brutal and inhumane.
