There are over 350 million people living in the United States and most of them live in large cities. The population density in the metropolitan areas has created an environment where communicable diseases can spread like a wildfire.
The government owns over 600 million acres of land in the western states and providing people with an opportunity to move out of the cities and become homesteaders is an idea we should consider.
