What this man in the movie speaks of, what Mr. Roberts writes about and even what Me. Wiberg shares "It will not be until "We The People" decide enough is enough,", all of it relates to the driving force behind a new method for ending war called "The Debs Principle".
The principle states "Warlike society and genuine suffrage are mutually exclusive". Basically, war is a direct result of an inferior "vote". If the vote is genuine, there would be little if any war at all, because the people would never vote for war.
OK, but is that agreement enough to make us see that this (Vva) is the way to go?
The united States of America was so militarily capable, that the only way to make her fall was to instigate descent, then war between social classes (North & South).
Instigated war caused both sides to destroy the other, thus accomplishing that which our adversaries could never have accomplished by themselves.
If we go to war we will be doing the same thing we did before, only this time we'll lose everything.
There's a far more certain way to take back this country. A way in which we all get what we want & most of what we need.
You see, Vva is only one small part of a complete rationale to induce our adversaries to "give us" this country back (I think they want to give it back). For that plan see: http://www.sperryism.org/

If you're interested, the first article spells out the principle, it's here: http://howtorescueamerica.org/PeeCE.html
The second article is an application of the Debs Principle - see: http://www.opednews.com/articles/1/Deep-Stability-In-Afghan-by-mac-...
