8575489053?profile=originalRecently, we are hearing more and more stories about law enforcement officers abusing their power.

Like any other citizens, it is wrong for a man wearing a badge to rob a bank or commit a murder. A badge does not give a law enforcement officer the authority to commit crimes of aggression against innocent victims. If you or I assault our neighbor, we are guilty of a crime, but when a police officer commits an act of aggression, rarely is he held accountable.

The badges worn by members of the law enforcement community are not licenses to initiate force against innocent men and women. The County Sheriff is the Chief Law Enforcement Officer in the County and it is his job to defend the people from acts of unwarranted aggression by law enforcement officers.

As we approach the upcoming elections in November, we need to ask the candidates for Sheriff in our county if they will arrest members of the law enforcement community that commit act of unwarranted aggression. Just because a police officer or deputy sheriff is wearing a badge, it doesn't mean that they do whatever they want with being held accountable.

When a member of the law enforcement community deprives a person of his or her civil rights, they have committed a felony. When this happens we need to file an affidavit with the courts identifying the offending party and the nature of the violation. The offending officer must rebut your claims in writing within 21 days. If he fails to respond to your affidavit, the courts consider his failure to respond as an admission of guilt. If he does respond to your affidavit, unless he can prove that you filed a false report he is guilty of perjury.

The officer who fails to rebut your claim has just admitted to committing a felony and is no longer eligible to serve in any position of public trust.

The unions protect the officers, but who is going to protect us. Any candidate running for sheriff needs to decide if he will honor his oath and defend the Constitution and the rights of the people or if he will grant immunity to the members of the law enforcement fraternity?

  • Police Officers are hired to protect the rights of the people, not to control them.

  • When I was growing up,like so many other children,I was told that the policeman was our friend and to trust him. I support police groups when I can, especially the troopers and sheriffs.I live in the largest county in my state and there are only four or five deputies on duty at a time, but they do a good job.I believe that the more the federal government gets in control of local law enforcement the worse things will end up.The idea of knowing and trusting the locals police will be done away with as they are directed by the corrupt attorney general Eric Holder who makes his decisions based on racism and therefore certain people will suddenly find themselves facing bigoted officers with the belief that as Valerie Jarrett expressed "Payback time."

  • COP"S in the long run are honest and law abiding,,it is the same 10%,,like any other group that are @$$ holes,,DON'T judge them all by what a few IDIOT'S do.....

    • Raymond,,,
      WE GET IT DUDE

No One is talking about the 80% - 85% of Justice Officers,,,
It's the Gestapo LEOs (and I think you are too kind at only 10%), who are out there pushing the "Weight" they have given themselves around like Jack Booted Thugs they are...

All and Any LEOs who abuse their office and accost the Citizens of the USA should be shot on sight like the Mad Dogs they are...
They do not deserve to return home to their families PERIOD...

    • It is sure clear that you have never tried to stand up for your rights.

  • When we hear reports of eitherstate, county, and/or local officers Stealing livestock and possibly even murder and/or rape SOMEONE should step up to the plate. Unfortunately, it might be a someone; not someones. I am in the process and planning on doing just that. I am hoping to find a radio station that has a backbone to 'expose' corruption for what it is. If not I plan on getting on 'Talkshoe' and invite all and any to join me. Then we have the Demo-brats, Republi-cons, and the Tea Peers making noises. The people need to rid themselves of the legal system and return to the LAWful system. Do we prefer self-induced slavery or is it possible someone(s) will decide "I'd rather die fighting for what I believe in, a LAWFUL government that protects the rights of individuals; instead of a tyrannical (O)'Bama O'Jelly government bleeding its citizens dry for personal gain of the "(?) leaders of the community(?)." I have a problem that I do not want to correct... I believe in heaven and the Mighty One of mighty ones. I strive to live up to the standards He has brought forth into my life. Yahweh created all of heaven and earth and all that is on and in them. He also gave us standards to live up to. He even brought His Son to us to get an upfront and personal lifestyle to live up to. I strive to be an example that I have read of in the Scriptures. If this county gets to the point that I end up in 'court'; it will be just as Yeshua faced... trumped up charges that put him in the grave. I have no problem resting in the grave; knowing someday I will be raised to hear Yeshua teach the Torah as it is meant to be taught. But, if for some reason I die of old age; that will be okay too. ;-)

  • Another use for the common law grand jury

    • I agree wholeheartedly Ronald.

    • Yes sir. In my area of Washington State we are actively working to bring back the grand jury.
