----Dedicated to Pursing God’s Will for the World----

Good Morning Mort!

WE are SO on the same page!

It is my contention that the failure of the Supreme Court to protect us from Government, by upholding the rule of law as it is called out in the Constitution, is at the heart of the demise of our Country.  As always, those in control of Government tend to usurp the rights of the individual in favor of "the good of society."

The whole message in our Constitution is that the rights of the individual are Sovereign.  Since the Politicians got the Sixteenth Amendment passed they have grown the size of "THEIR" government at every turn.  This would not have been possible had the Supreme Court upheld one basic principle that is clearly called out in The Constitution.  That all men are to be, (by law), treated equally.  That no law can be passed under the claim of majority rule that is not applied equally to all men. Such that;

  • A black man cannot be prevented from being allowed to attend the same school as a white man.
  • A black man cannot be taxed at a higher percentage rate than a white man.  "Justice is blind."

But I ask you, if justice is blind how can she see rich or poor?  How can the promise made by the candidate running for office that, "We will only raise taxes on the rich." Be Constitutional?  It is not!

  • It is in fact a bare faced promise to discriminate.
  • It is a promise made to the unthinking majority to discriminate against a minority group.
  • It is a promise made for one reason and one reason only, i.e., to win election to office.

If this promise had been declared, as it should have been from the outset, as UNCONSTITUTIONAL the political class could never have gotten the majority to agree to tax our economy to death.

Only when all citizens are required to shoulder an equal percentage of the burden of paying for the government he or she votes for can any society ever hope to escape from too much government, which is, in a nut shell, the problem this country suffers from today.

They are, "killing the goose that laid the golden egg,"  The cost of supporting all this government is sucking the life blood out of the American Economy.  The burden of paying for all this government is destroying the health of the private sector.  The American FREE enterprise system built the strongest economy, with the highest standard of living, the world has ever seen.

Now "they" claim that the problem is the very system that created this nation's wealth and "they" only desire the Socialism "they" created.  In the end it is the FOOLS who have been duped into believing and voting for, an economic system which has resulted in the demise of the standard of living for the citizens of a government that has experimented with it.

And yet, at every turn, the claim is that the only reason it is not working is that we need more if it...????????????

Democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contentions; have ever been found incompatible with person security or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their death.”
~ James Madison

"Do not blame Caesar, blame the people of Rome who have so enthusiastically acclaimed and adored him and rejoiced in their loss of freedom and danced in his path and gave him triumphal processions.  Blame the people who hail him when he speaks in the Forum of the “new, wonderful good society” which shall now be Rome’s, interpreted to mean “more money, more ease, more security, more living fatly at the expense of the industrious.”
Marcus Tullius Cicero (106-43 B.C.)

Best regards,

Editor's note - This guy just hit it on the head. When are We The People going to put a stop to it in a COMPLETELY natural and constitutional way? And by the words of Cicero, we can see we don't own the patent on wisdom. We are so arrogant. We think we know exactly what the world is up to. DMML. For you Techno-brats out there that means "Don't make me laugh."
