  • Keith, I am LOVING what is happening here! People are really starting stand up! Don't know what your response has been, But I have been busy all day trying to keep up! I REALLY Thank You for what you are doing!

  • Me too. It is long overdue for all of us to stand up! What happened? Has he been arrested? What has happened to Randy Due?

    • He was arrested Dec 27 (and released on bond) and that is what has precipitated what he is facing now. I have a copy of his 'Citizens Writ of Injunction' and his sworn affidavit that documents what happened re his arrest. Be happy to email that to you ( just can't figure out how to upload it here). They served him with a Protection Order on Fri where they are wanting to confiscate all his guns and he just found out this morning that he will have a hearing on that on Jan 22.

      It is my feeling that they are trying to set him (and his wife) up for assassination by the sheriff! They can't make him go away any other way!

      I'm sorry but I don't know anything about Randy Due.

      • I just gave the judge and prosecutor copies of his document when I was in court on the 7th of Jan., just letting them know that we the People are getting tired of our rights being violated. It is obvious, especially after what you just wrote, that a revolution is brewing. I feel we all have a right to live however we choose, to be slaves, ostriches, or Sovereigns, and I hope it can all be worked out peacefully, but I doubt that it will.

      • Steve,

        Thanks for the update.

        • You are Welcome Wayne - and it will be as peaceful as 'THEY' will allow - or not!

      • I recently sort of learned how to do it, but my email is 1819march12@gmail.com, the 2nd ratification date for the original 13th Amendment.

    Dear Montrose Press Readers, after reviewing a letter from Steve Curry who I know to be an honorable and truthful man, I am compelled to write the following:
    Whereas the Sheriff's Deputies have seriously infringed upon Mr. and Mrs. Curry's Creator given unalienable rights protected by our Constitutions and;
    Whereas the current judicial officials in your county have and continue to issue unlawful orders to the Sheriff and his deputies;
    You are hereby notified that they will be held personally and professionally responsible, both criminal and civil, for any further harm inflicted upon Mr. and Mrs. Curry and/or their personal property.
    Their duty as Sheriff and Sheriff's Deputies is to protect every human being in your county (and their property) and to be a faithful servant of We the People.
    They must step down immediately if they have sworn allegiance to a foreign entity or are taking orders from those who have sworn allegiance to a foreign entity, otherwise, they must faithfully execute their oaths to the Constitution of the United States. They cannot serve two masters. They must make their choice and make it wisely.
    Very truly yours,
    Stephen John Nalty
    Denver, Colorado
