Natural Born Citizen - Kamala

  • Sen. Kamala Harris was born on October 20, 1964 in Oakland, California to two immigrant parents: mom Shyamala Gopalan, and dad Donald Harris.
  • A prominent cancer researcher before passing away in 2009, Gopalan was born in India and came to the United States to get her PhD from the University of California, Berkeley.
  • Donald Harris was born in Jamaica but immigrated to the United States for a graduate degree, eventually becoming a Professor of Economics at Stanford University.

  • President Donald Trump said Thursday from the White House podium that he had 'no idea' if Kamala Harris was eligible to be vice president
  • Trump was fanning the flames of a 'birther' conspiracy theory pushed by a Republican lawyer and former political rival of Harris
  • Law professor John C. Eastman argued because Harris' parents weren't citizens when she was born she may not be eligible under the Constitution
  • Legal experts have said this is flat-out false and Harris' defenders called it racist, as she's the first black woman to ever appear on a presidential ticket
  • At the briefing, Trump called Eastman 'a very highly qualified, very talented lawyer' and said he 'heard it today. That she doesn't meet the requirements'
  • Trump was one of the most prominent American voices to push the 'birther' conspiracy theory that President Barack Obama wasn't born in the U.S.

According to the twisted logic of Joe Biden the fact that the parents of Kamela Harris were not citizens of the United States when she was born is not relevant. If Sadam Hussein or Osama Bin Laden had fathered a child who was born in the United States; would that child be eligible to run for President? To be eligible the parents of candidates for the Presidency must be citizens of the United States when they were born. Allowing any candidate born in the United States without considering the citizenship of their parents would permit individuals with divided loyalty t

If Osama Bin Laden or Sadam Hussein had fathered a child who was born in the United States should that child be eligible to run for President or Vice President. Our founders wanted all of the candidates to have undivided loyalty to the United States and a candidate with parents who were not citizens when they were born may have loyalty to foreign nations.

  • She is not eligible to be VP or POTUS. Both parents were Green Card holders who had not met the minimum 5 years. Mother was Indian and Father was Jamaican. That means she is also not black, but is Indian and Jamaican. Since her parents were not citizens, she is not eligible.

    But, does Congress care?

Does the media care? They are fully complicit in the coverup as it is almost impossible to find any info on the green card situation. They all jump up and down and say, "born on American soil." As if that means anything.

THAT phrase came from the 14th A, which is the phrase abused every day, like Republic. Oh, sorry me, that phrase is not used at all. Democracy is used, which is a lie. Born on American soil is ONLY for the children of slaves.

This is 0bama, all over again and no one cares in Congress about doing the right thing.
