In order to use Article V, we MUST know constitutional intent.
It is not enough, to know that the NDAA is unconstitutional. We must know the prime intents of the constitution AND agree upon them in order to escape tyranny. Here is a link to a full description of strategy that ends the party nonsense AND puts the people into the position of maximum authority through their states within Article V.
I just had JB Williams on my Friends of Liberty radio show. He talked about Balance of Powers Act that has been activated in several. I think that is the best way I have very heard of to bind the Federal Government with the chains of the Constitution. It my far better that Article V. I suggest that every friend of liberty listen to my show today to hear JB William then go on the internet and look up the Balance of Powers Act and study it.
If the friends of liberty and the Constitution Club really want to regain their God Given rights I suggest that they first really study the Balance of Powers Act and then work hard to see that it gets adopted by all the states.
We have a growing problem with environmental issues due to GATT and NAFTA, not just the NDAA.
Will this stop international corporations using the federal treaties to do business in states that destroys their resources?
"that other than the enumerated powers expressly delegated to the United States under Article 1, Section 8 of the United States Constitution, Congress and the federal government is prohibited from exercising any purported additional control over, or commandeering rights belonging to the State of ___________, or its people."
In the case of GATT, there might be 1/2 dozen foreign governments authority involved through the corporate licensing. With Article V, we can rescind the the treaties, and deal with the NDAA and eventually address the federal reserve.
Preparatory amendment makes Article V safe, and creates the maximum amount of information in all states, for democracy, with the ending of the abridging of free speech.
