- A basic Premise Of America's Constitution
Tired of having the fruits of their labors confiscated by an overpowering British government, America's Founders declared themselves free and independent.
Most American schoolchildren can recite their claim that ". all men are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights ... to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." Less familiar, however, are these lines from their Declaration of Independence:
"He ( King George III ) has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance .... He has combined with others to subject us, ... imposing taxes on us without our consent."
What, then, did the Founders consider to be the real cornerstone of man's liberty and happiness? On what basic premise did they devise their Constitution? Let them speak for themselves:

Their guiding principle was that people come together to form governments in order to SECURE their rights to property - not to create an entity which wilt, itself, "take from the mouths of labor the bread it has earned." What was wrong for individual citizens to do to one another, they believed, was equally wrong for government to do to them.
The right to own property and to keep the rewards of individual labor opened the floodgates of progress for the benefit of the entire human race. Millions have fled other countries to participate in the Miracle of America.

So how do I get compensated for my property being taken by force. I want real solutions. I do not want to waste my time waiting for an imposter to determine my rights are null and void. It took eleven years for my complaint to get from Senator Grassley to the US AUSA. explain that. My patience has expired.
my property was not taken by eminent domain. It was taken by force because one of the good old boys was held above the law in the redeveloping of the undevelopable lot he purchased from the mayor, the actions used to acquire my property were unprecedented and brutal. They used glyphosate unlawfully applied to my property with intent to cause serious injury or death. It took over 5 years in which I was denied equal treatment of the law, the right to enjoy my own property, violations of every law applicable in any other situation similar to this and it did cause me life long health problems. They are now living large on the guts of my property and I am pissed off, I will get justice for the crimes committed against me my way or through the wheels of justice. To date there have been no actions on my behalf by the justice system.

About Detective Bob Conlee this POS is a little man that when having his badge on he was 10 ft tall. He not only had no jurisdiction to act as a building authority he had no jurisdiction to do anything in the city of Montrose, Ia. He began early on defaming my character and knowingly making false statement about me to the general public. I have done some background information of him and I have determined his demise as a cop are not through his choice as he claims.He is the brother of Mark Conlee and I believe had he caught me on a gravel road he would have shot me dead.
About Steve Swan Esq this is the attorney who was referred to me, the only action he did on my behalf was send a letter of intent. He sent it to the wrong party. My case was against the City of Montrose, Ia. There was a civil trial. Even thought this attorney suppressed evidence and was clearly representing the opposing party I still won the civil trial. The fact that the order was never enforced was typical of all thing related to Mark Conlee.
Abour Police Chief Shipman this was a young 20 year old rookie, he was taught that to be an officer of the law you obey the city officials, he was gone within a year from being Mark Conlee's patsy. The city gave him a good recommendation in exchange for a resignation. This is why we keep bad cops on the payrolls around the USA.
About city clerk Celeste Cirinna I will swing on this bitch if I ever see her in public and gladly pay the fine for assault. The evidence says it all about this POS. Yet she still has her job and even got a title of higher notoriety for all the work she put into supporting the criminal acts committed against me by committing plenty of her own. The new sheriff explains to me he can not go arrest someone for a personnel issue. Fraud is a criminal offense. but I will not be the one to inform the new sheriff of that relevant to his job information.
Conlee vs Boatner this is the civil case that I mentioned previously. Apparently it took some time for my attorney to agree to a deal with the opposing party, You can see the timeliness involved and the perjury committed by Conlee in this case.
