Just a little question? Whom pays for all of these additonal reps? Are they kept in the state and in their districts?
The average Congressman spends $11 million dollars on his or her staff or just under $5 billion dollars. If we gave 6,500 representatives a salary of $100,000 and gave them an additional $100,000 run their district office we be spending $ 650 million in salaries and a total of $1.3 billion dollars. Reducing the size of the districts and increasing the number of representative would save us over $9 billion dollars,
