Lack of representation in the British Parliament triggered the American Revolution. According to Article I, Section 2, Clause 3, we are supposed to have one Representative for every 30,000 inhabitants. Congress unlawfully amended the Constitution by limiting the number of seats in the House to just 435, with the Reapportionment Act of 1929. Because of this, the average Congressional District has over 700,000 people represented by only one Congressman. Because we are inadequately represented, we are over taxed and over regulated at both the state and federal level.
The bankers and Wall Street corporations purchase the seats in Congress and fill them with politicians who are willing to repay them with political favors.Instead of protecting our rights Congress has climbed in bed with the enemy and has become the enemy thereby.

If your income is taxed by the federal government of your home State, it is because you demanded those governments or their agents to tax you. I propose that there are so very few American citizens remaining in the whole of the United States of America whom have not prejudiced their standing by adoption of Amendment XIV character that the 30,000 base proportioning can even be fulfilled. As for the vast majority of American citizens and others who elect to present themselves as having elected to be taken cognizance of as Amendment XIV character users of United States property, they may be proportioned as to representatives BY ANY COUNT OF THEM THE CONGRESS SEES FIT without recourse. If you participate in IRS taxing program, you have no right to demand representation by count of your peers at or below the 30K count limit. You set that right aside in lieu of coloring yourself as property of the United States proprietary government A1, S8 cl 17. It is your own damned fault.

You Can Say, 2018 November Washington State, Changed the Second Amendment by removing: will not be entrenched, with out the people's Consent, just the reps and the rest of the state Government. if they are allowed to do that to the Constitution.. they are now A Communist State, unless we the people of the United States of America, decide that there will be no more Communist Liberals, Progressives, or Socialists and it's sub-sadist. what say the american people of the other 49 United States.

I am an American Soldier and a believer in our Constitution, retired from active duty with the US Army but not retired from being a Soldier. when I came back from Vietnam in 1970 I saw first hand that America was Communist already, demonstrators waving the north Vietnam flag in our soil. doing so in war time it is Treason. Now it is freedom of Speech. What Happen there is an other story. I requested to be flown to Germany because I would continue to kill Communist. I was given a flight from the east Coast I was in San Francisco then. I stayed in Germany till 24 Feb. 2002 I speak very good English,you have to brush up on your Spanish
I offer my thanks to you for putting your life n the hands of the United Sates military, and I do so, not in the character of the trite offerings by which some simply utter, "Thank you for your service." so commonly today. I did not serve since I am not that selfless or that selfish, depending on what perspective one cares to adopt.
I dare to say that if you fought for the Constitution, you wasted your time. I do believe that you fought for the precepts and ideals which that document expresses. In that regard, all who defend those ideals by their acts on a daily basis are soldiers in defense of it. It is by the action of living as guided by those ideals through our actions on a moment by moment basis that the Constitution is said to be a "Living document".
That you sensed people expressing Communist sentiment is your belief, though I challenge you to point out any effective application of Communism in today's America. What I mean by that is that I challenge you to show an instance where our government has forced any Communist Doctrine on the people generally. I say that it does not exist.
Waiving a Vietnamese flag on our soil during war time is not treason. It is freedom of expression which any other American citizen may attempt to thwart or conceal. . . it is not treason for the fact that it is folly which results in no demonstrable harm to the Nation. At best, it is an act by which one advertises that those holding beliefs and acting by beliefs contrary to the flag bearer should or might marginalize him or try to redirect his misdirected heart and mind in order to enjoy the liberties we hold dear. There will always be offensive individuals among us because even what you believe and extol may be offensive to others. As long as their expression of rights does not trespass materially on your rights, theirs is a permitted activity. The waving of a flag, regardless of its symbolism, simply is not a material trespass on your rights because there exists no right to not be offended by the expression of another one of us. That is a part of what you went to fight about or "for".
I find it unfortunate that you might sense glory in killing Communists lest they were unrepentant direct belligerents against Americans on American soil. To kill another because of what you presume their beliefs to be is antithetical to the precepts of the American collective conscience as expressed by our Constitution. However, your choice to be a murdered for hire is your choice and, apparently the theater was provided for you to effect your desires and it was sanctified by the actors on that stage. We shall each be judged by the same ultimate authority if we are judged at all. However, to whatever your efforts actually did aid in defending the fundamental ideas and ideals on which the American model is based, I do thank you for the dedication.
I neither questioned nor commented regarding your capacity in the English language and I find no fault with it. As for my Spanish, I readily admit that it is poor and marginally effective, though I am often complimented on its live presentation and my ability to humor, both intentionally and inadvertently those of our society whose native tongue is one of the various dialects of Spanish, despite that my demeanor in this forum is not so jocular. I don;t 'need' to brush up on anything until I find my communicative skills wanting for improvement or I so desire to make changes. Thank you though for your comments and I do respect and agree with your assessment that my written Spanish language skill do not meet with the commonly expected level of proficiency. I have had no training other than immersion in situations with folks cackling away in Spanish. I am able to communicate effectively enough with those whom I meet whom have not a sufficient capacity in English to communicate in reliance on it.
I suspect we, you and I are in the same battle with the same goals.

You must be blind, flying the enemy flag in our soil while at war with that state is Treason. I am half American Indian and Half Spanish, my Tribe started in south America my Tribe was all Spanish when it began. we as I am told were the Tribe that taught all Indians not to fear horses and how to use them. but that is an other story about my Tribe. I was told by my tribe now half and half. My tribe occupied most of northeast Mexico and south east Texas and all of west Texas now known as New Mexico, Colorado, but bot Wyoming. But about Communist in America, check out what is going on in Washington State with the second Amendment at one time when I can remember Communist were not allowed to participate in our Government, because They were Communist, then the same Communist started calling Them self Liberals Progressives and Socialist but very few Know that those are types of Communist. the Democrat Party has no democrats in it.
No, I must not be blind, and you have no basis by which to make such an ignorant statement. What you say and what I say DOES NOT MATTER. What the the law "says" matters. Interesting about your Tribe but having nothing to do with your recognized inalienable rights under presumption of American citizenship. My tribe is comprised of American citizen, and we have inalienable rights and guns to defend all that we are and all that we own.
I do not know what is going on in Washington state ( there exists no "Washington State") but apparently the citizens are standing for it. . or maybe they are not. If you want me to take a look at it, send some links and I will take a look at it.
