The following Senators and Representatives should not be re-elected! In fact each of them should be indicted and prosecuted for treason. They should all serve life sentences in a state or Federal prison.

The members of the House of Representatives that voted to renew the provisions of the Patriot Act. This legislation gives Congress the authority to ignore the Constitution and the rights of the people. The 376 men and women that are on this list are traitors that have violated their oath and should be indicted for treason. They do not represent the people, they take their marching orders from the bankers and are merely hood ornaments for the financial elite.

As much as we might dislike many of the actions of these legislators, such actions are not crimes as a matter of law, and specifically not "treason", which is defined in the Constitution as "making war" or "giving aid and comfort" to a (declared) enemy.
Our cause is not well-served by empty rhetoric about "arresting" congressmen. That kind of talk just discredits our cause among educated people. Our only recourse is to vote them out of office. That is what we need to focus on.
I respectfully disagree Jon and let me explain why.
These elected officials all had to take an oath of office to support and defend the Constitution. Regardless of which one they are swearing an oath too. Yes, I know I am about to get bashed for say that there are two Constitutions, and I will not defend that position here, but perhaps later.
However, anytime an elected official supports by vote or action, the support of any foreign nations influence, disparages any current American citizen over a foreign agent, then they are giving aid to the enemy. The word declared is NOT part of the US Constitution. Therefore any one who receives aid who harms this nation is an enemy.
Lets look at a few in recent history.
Fast and Furious, in which guns were given to non American citizens who then intern killed American citizens.
The 911 pilots who were KNOWN terrorist, they were trained to fly aircraft in two places in America under the visa for pilot training.
The UN gun control actions, that would violate the 2nd Amendment.
But the biggest thing I must remind you is from our very own Declaration of Independence.
"But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism"
See the thing that all law abiding citizens forget, repeatedly, is that the Constitution is NOT a document of the federal government. It is in fact a document that establishes the federal government by whom and for whom?
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
In big bold letters it tells us WHO the body whole of the Constitution and the United States of America really is. We the people. Therefore:
Any action taken to deprive the people of their PROTECTED right as defined in the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights (which gives us NO rights it reinforces the DoI that all rights are given by a creator, regardless of who you pray too or don't) then you have committed an ACT of TREASON by declaring war on the very people who established it.
I know that most will call that hogwash, but I must remind you. The people of this nation ARE its true owners, not the corporate government (est. 1870) and that any and all lands, resources, funds, and any other item that ultimately reduces one American to despotism (taking their life blood and freedom away in any form) and give it to another nation who harbors terrorist, to any other American for an reason that is not repaid to the people then you have committed TREASON against the very tenant of the Constitution.
We need to stop treating this whole situation as "wordsmithing" and call it what it is. Definitions are altered over the years and the biggest I point to is:
UN-A-LEIGNABLE (rights) That's what the original document says not inalienable (rights). One means can never be removed or given up....given up, how odd that wording. If you cant give it up then it means it is part and parcel to the very soul of the matter. The other means it cant be transferred. Transferred relates to property.
So lets stop playing the word game. The elected officials are committing TREASON by depriving us of the UNALEIGNABLE rights enumerated and not enumerated. This sort of abuse is what started the 1st American Revolution and it will be what starts the 2nd American Revolution. And if we don't attempt to stop this by altering each states Constitution and punishing the elected or appointed criminals in office, behind the robes or badges then we are going to have a very bloody 2nd AR which then will lead to a race war followed by a religious civil war. And that will set the whole world to war. Study history, no great nation has ever fallen when the nations they prop up did not have a very bad government change as well.
Food for though. Treason......its any harm to the real back of the Constitution.....WE THE PEOPLE.
Perjury of oath is not a crime under the Constitution, nor is it treason for a legislator or judge to violate his oath in the ways he legislates or judges. An executive official could make war in carrying out legislation or court decisions, but it would have to be proven that he was acting outside his lawful authority.

Never overstate a position to get attention. That is what children do. We need to assume the position of responsible adults addressing wayward children. To do otherwise just reduces us all to a schoolyard squabble. that also means not writing while one is consumed by passion. We need to be relentlessly mature.
Laws that shield criminals from prosecution are unjust. As long as the people that write the laws and the courts that interpret the laws and the agencies that enforce the laws are all working together for the bankers we will never see justice in the land that once was free.

6: The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present.
7: Judgment in Cases of impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.
I beg to differ using the Constitution itself. How can that be an overstatement? And frankly sir, I have no need for attention. And your reference to me being child like would be insulting if I really cared about your personal opinion of me as a human being.
Again, I disagree with you. We no longer need to be relentlessly mature. We need to be aggressively vigilant and unyielding in our resolve to remove the corruption that is currently illegally altering our Constitutional republic. We must all remember those infamous words utter by a chief justice in 1803.

Legislation and laws are and will always be subservient to the Constitution. Violation of your oath of office is violating the Constitution. That sir, is where the wordsmithing comes in. Call a spade a spade please, don't hide behind "lawful authority" because if that authority is repugnant to the Constitution is void.

actually in Ohio when a judge doesn't file his Oath of Office with the Clerk of Courts within 20 days of taking office he has "deemed to refuse his office" and it is "considered vacant". The "clerk" is supposed to "certify that to the Governor" and he is supposed to "fill the vacancy".

however I have a judge in Logan County Ohio who did not file his oath with the clerk in 20 days. In fact he hasn't for FOUR terms starting in 1991. The governor has been notified but will not fill the vacancy and just ignores this.
The fact these people are still operating their "JOBS" is disgusting and it is total Misconduct in office and needs to be removed. PERIOD the END.....

There are 2 pages linked from a link at the bottom of images at the top of the page which show, technically actions which conceal treason.
You seem to be trying to treat the judge as a law enforcement agent. That is not his job. Evidence of a crime needs to go to appropriate investigators, who are executive branch officials, such as U.S. attorneys or FBI agents. If it is they who are the offenders, then your only recourses would be private prosecution, which is no longer permitted, or winning an election to replace the derelict officials involved.
Our Constitution contemplates the people keeping the proportion of corrupt officials down to a low level. If the people neglect to do that, corruption becomes so entrenched that there is no way except to replace most of them, and that means winning enough of the right elections, and training a new generation of honest and competent replacements.
Such efforts as yours might build a record of corruption that can eventually get enough people so outraged that they vote differently, but in any particular case it is more likely to be just be political theater, with no hope of a correct result.
