Taxation in America

INDIVIDUAL INCOME TAX RATES
CORPORATE INCOME TAX RATES

Taxing income is and always has been unconstitutional. Individuals have God given rights that include the right to life, liberty and property. When a person trades his labor for another man's money is not income. Income is the profit that one earns from corporate activity.

Corporations do not have rights because they are legal fictions created by governments. The do not have rights, they have privileges. I think that Congress should stop taxing the people and should increase the tax rates on corporations to over 50%. This would motivate many of the owners of corporations to become sole proprietorships.

Sole proprietorships would have a substantial advantage over corporations and would make it very difficult for the corporations to compete. One of the main functions of the Federal government is to protect the individual's lives, liberty and property from the abuse of power by corporations.

Giving a corporation a tax deduction for bribing Congressmen is a stupid idea. Corporation can't vote and they should not be allowed to donate money to elect candidates. Only individuals have rights and corporation have their power diminished.

A Corporate CEO should be taxed at the same rate as the corporations that employ them. Employees of corporations would also be subject to income tax because the money they receive is derived from corporate activity. Individuals that are not employees of corporations would not pay income tax while corporate employees would be subject to the income tax.

  • Tax the corporations? And, just where will the funding to pay these taxes come from? The prices of products and services the corporations provide, is where! So, the tax lands in the laps of The People ultimately ANYWAY. That's the case with ALL TAX on ALL BUSINESS.

Better still is to follow the advise of Adam Smith and Frederic Bastiat. Keep government from mucking around creating statutes either favoring OR disfavoring business enterprise. At its core, business comes down to agreements between two parties ... they're PRIVATE in essence. By constructive nature then, such activity is wholly in the realm of The People and Common Law.

"The true theory of our Constitution is surely the wisest and best, that the States are independent as to everything within themselves, and united as to everything respecting foreign affairs. Let the General Government be reduced to foreign concerns only, and let our affairs be disentangled from those of all other nations, except as to commerce, which the merchants will manage the better, the more they are left free to manage for themselves, and our General Government may be reduced to a very simple organization, and a very inexpensive one; a few plain duties to be performed by a few servants." --Thomas Jefferson

    • There are quite a few things that exist now that the framers knew nothing of. Corporations have capacity for destruction just doing business that would have horrified them.

It was business that originated the notion of the WTO, it created GATT and NAFTA.

Now if we consumers had real free speech, we could deal with it.

Can you agree and accept that the purpose of free speech is to assure information need for survival is shared and understood?

      • Agreed on free speech.

The unholy alliance between government and business, however, is another matter. Business has no power, no control in governmental affairs. Government has control (taxes, regulations).

Bureaucrats, usurping government's control and using it to extort favors (money, position) from businesses, and businesses offering same to avoid punishment or threats of punishment (taxes, regulations) by bureaucrats. is the root of the problem.

If our federal employees behaved in a moral and ethical manner and honored their oath to the Constitution, there would be no need for any of this.

    • That agreement you just made cemented a prime aspect of constitutional intent. I was banned from 3 forums in as many days for asking pretenders, infiltrators if they could accept it, and asserting if they could not, that they were as effective as an infiltrator.

"Business has no power, no control in governmental affairs. Government has control (taxes, regulations)."

Ideally, yes, an absolute, but corruption over time has found many ways. Accordingly each "way" is an official who is corrupt. The agreement you just made; what if 10,000,000 Americans made that same agreement then asked the corrupt official if they accepted it too? Except there were 3 agreements and they relate to "Preparatory Amendment" to Article V.

1)End the abridging of free speech
      2)Secure the vote
      3)Campaign finance reform

Very true, if they honored their oath there would be no need, but they do not.

What I hope to develop is the "American purification tool" :-) But, it seems to be better than just a filter for the unconstitutional, it also defines constitutional intent between the people while filtering the impure.

Next step, the same type generally comprehensive agreement relating to the security of the vote.
  • Keith, You're right. Taxes on incomes are unconstitutional, but Pat is right. Using tax law to punish corporations instead won't work. People will ultimately as individuals, absorb the cost in our new throw away society. ELIMINATE THE IRS, don't use it. The worst corporation is The East India Co. aka The United States. All Corporations are a marriage of private free enterprise and backroom deals with lobbyists to convince attorney law makers to bend the codes their way. This is the same sick relationship that exists between the Banksters and almost all of the 191 countries on Planet Earth. Ever heard of One World Order? We cannot continue to sit back and claim the higher moral ground with troops and tanks being amassed in our back yards. We are being attacked. They're not even hiding it any more. The IRS has been fully caught red handed with their hand in the cookie jar. Targeting T-Party or other conservatives, openly preventing them from defeating their opponents. What do you call that? How 'bout our money? Taxes? The National debt? Fractional banking, the Mortgage industry with it's usurious compounded interest? That's an attack on our money and national worth, is it not? What about 20,000 gun laws? Restrictions in everything you do? Permits, regulations, licenses, privileges? How is it we don't recognize when we're being beaten down on a daily basis, that WE ARE UNDER ATTACK!

    • I'm beginning to follow the thread of your thoughts and I agree. Thanks. The average no-information voter will not act until an IRS agent walks into their home, unannounced and uninvited, and changes their TV channel from The Jerry Springer Show.

We have to focus on motivating AWARE Americans to act as a unified force. "One man with courage is a majority."--as true today as when Thomas Jefferson said it. A thousand courageous men can overwhelm any foe. A million courageous men can change the history of the world.

      May 16--let the Counter-Revolution begin.

      • Terry,

I totally agree with you. I don't know if you know it or not, but sports is deliberately promoted to keep the people pacified while the takeover is being accomplished, especially the number one pagan god of football.

  • I would like to add that I am going to start filming and documenting the military depots in my area. I'm not letting these people do this shit right under my nose without a fight. To hell with who hit whom first. I believe the evidence will show a continuous train of usurpations and abuses by the King and His Court. It is high time we at least stood up and took pictures and shouted out as loud as we can, "The King wears no clothes".

    • Morton, WE are 'The King'.

“Sovereignty itself is, of course, not subject to law, for it is the author and source of law;  but in our system, while sovereign powers are delegated to the agencies of government, sovereignty itself remains with the people, by whom and for whom all government exists and acts.  And the law is the definition and limitation of power.“ -–Yick Wo v. Hopkins, 118 U.S. 356, 370 (1886)

The 'problem' arose when The People FORGOT that fact. Once that occurred, they saw no distinction in jurisdiction and inadvertently traversed under FOREIGN subjugation where their Reserved Natural Rights were switched out for Civil Rights legislatively dispensed under that jurisdiction.

“The Congress shall have Power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the United States; and nothing in this Constitution shall be so construed as to Prejudice any Claims of the United States, or of any particular State.” – Art. IV, Sec. 3, cl. 2

Look up 'Property' ... it's defined as the collection of rights and authorities attending a thing, corporeal and incorporeal. That's synonymous with Jurisdiction!

“The United States Government is a foreign (PF: Municipal) corporation with respect to a state.” Volume 20: Corpus Juris Secundum, (P 1785: NY re: Merriam 36 N.E. 505 1441 S.Ct. 1973, 41 L. Ed. 287) ... PF: ALL governments are corporations acting EITHER in business OR municipal capacities.

You don't have to expend half your time on this Earth fighting these ENDLESS obstacles thrown down by politicians and bankers ... just remove yourself from their legal jurisdictions! In THAT effort, your time will be FAR better spent because their capability of conjuring up those obstacles ... is foreclosed, ab initio!

  • Easy Pat,

First of all I was being facetious. We all know I was talking about Obama & Clan. I know all about sovereignty. Secondly, These are not "obstacles", they are attacks, just like I said. Some more egregious than others. In addition I have already stated previously that I HAVE removed myself from their "jurisdiction". And by the way I cut my sovereignty teeth on Yick Wo V. Hopkins and Hale V. Hinkel. I probably know all that you know so let's not get stuck on these intellectualized descriptions of how we got here. Its the death of a thousand slices, divide and conquer, Rules for Radicals. I think we all recognize the game by now Pat, spare us the legal details for a minute. If you read my follow-up you'll see that I fully intend in the long run to finally start doing something about it. I will no longer take this lying down with my separately established "jurisdiction" as a shield. Its time to start being louder about this stuff. Taking it to the streets so to speak. Lets not stall out on stuff most people have never read and couldn't understand if they did.
