According to the Constitution, all legislative power is vested in the Congress of the United States. In other words all directives from the Bureau of Land Management are not laws. The are written by un-elected bureaucrats. The Bureau of Land Management is in agency that was created to manage the public lands for and in behalf of the people. The people in Clark County are the collective owners of the land being managed by the Bureau of Land Management and are the landlords and the BLM is an agent for the people.
The use of the land in the state of Nevada should be owned and managed by Nevada and not an agency of the Federal Government. Over 80% of the land in Nevada is controlled by a foreign corporation known as the UNITED STATES. If the people of the state of Nevada need Federal help in managing their land they should ask for Federal help. If not, the Federal Government should allow Nevada to manage their own assets.
The tens of millions of acres controlled the Federal government contain a vast amount of natural and minerals resources that the people of Nevada are unable to access as long as the Bureau of Land Management continues to control the natural resources that belong to the people living in Nevada.
The rules and regulations of agencies such as the EPA and the BLM are not laws. Congress is the only body authorized by the Constitution to make laws. We are expected to obey the laws or statutes passed by Congress that are Constitutional, but are not required to comply with rules, regulations, codes and ordinances that violate the Constitution.

We need a Clark County Volunteer to visit the OR books of Clark County and find out who the registered owner of the property really is.
And we need the EIS and Maps of the Dirty Harry Reid Senate Bill that he had passed. Without the attachments, the Senate Action is incomplete and dirty Harry may be a lawless thief.
By naming the bill Gold Butte, it even is a thumb his dirty nose at the Clark County because his intent is to give it to China with a sizable lining of Tory pockets with our Gold.
But I do remember a Golden Rule - He who has the Gold Rules.

Have you read the Nevada Constitution? I think THAT document is unconstitutional. Nevada was extortioned into becoming a state by the Fed's obviously. Yup. But, in that connection, Nevadans, in 1996, overwhelmingly voted to amend the Constitution. As nearly as I can determine, the referendum calling for the amendment provided that approval for that amendment (and reclaiming the lands) was to be left to Congress. Amazing.

Tragically, Congress has irresponsibly ceded its authority to these brigands. It's time Congress reclaims its constitutional authority. It's also time for Nevada to legislatively reclaim all lands not covered by the Enclave Clause.

If BLM is in fact a Corporation, took people's cell phones that were in the April 14th Traffic Jam, and smashed them, then you can cause the Feds a lot of trouble.
I do not have a copy of the BLM, but I have copies of the corporate registration papers for IRS, US Treasury, Federal Land Acquisition Corp. (whose land are they planning on taking? Bundy's?), United States of America, registered as a Religious, Non-profit corporation (Really? Why does the government have a 70% hold on Wall St.?). CIA, FBI, Health, Education and Welfare. They are all corporations registered in Delaware. My copies came from the State of Delaware official web site. I have tried to get more copies, but have been unable to. Maybe they don't want this info available to the public anymore?!
It would only stand to reason that BLM would also be a corporation.

If you can open in some visual tool (Word if DOC documents, xcel if Spreadsheet, etc) you can print into CUTE PDF Printer (install freeware copy as printer on your PC) and then save the PDF to attach - cuts down on size and fairly well guarantees that any of us can read it.
