    I do not know the entire story on them but as I understand it, the Bundy's were using state and not fed lands that BLM was given permission to manage. The Bundy's had contractual rights with the state for land and water rights. Unless the state itself rescinded those rights, the BLM had no authority on their own to take them away. If this is true, BLM / US Forrest Service would be liable for damages.

          Nope. Just bringing to light the fact that Harry Reid has EVERYTHING to do with this. If anyone should be wearing an orange jump suit besides Hillary, it's H.R.
