When a man gives his consent to be governed he loses his God-given rights and becomes a subject to the jurisdiction of a ruling class.
A man gives his consent by obeying the law, paying taxes and voting. We have both a right to give as well as withdraw our consent. When a man refuses to obey unjust laws, he withdraws his consent and strips the government of their power.
