The Constitution is a Contract
The Constitution for the united States is a contract between an employer and their employees. The employer is the people and the employee is the government. The people created an employer-employee relationship between themselves and their government.
The government was created to form a more perfect Union by securing the God given rights of the people. Its function was clearly stateed in the Preamble.
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence,promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
