When the Southern States walked out of Congress in 1861 the Constitution for the united States was suspended and in order to resurrect the nation President Abraham Lincoln became a military dictator. Without the Constitution, Congress was dissolved and the representatives were sent home.
Eleven of the thirty four states seceded and if they had a right to do so, the war to force them to return was a tragic mistake. Over 600,000 lives were lost and billions of dollars in property was destroyed. The war was not a war between the states, it was a war against the states. Contrary to what you have been taught the winner of the Civil War was the not the Union Army, it was the international bankers that seized control of our government.
None of the laws passed by Congress are valid. Those serving in Congress have no more authority govern our lives than 535 prostitutes. Every member of Congress criminal masquerading as a public servant.
Many of the articles that I have posted in the past are based on the false premise that we have a Constitutional government.
