8575483054?profile=originalEvery County Sheriff takes an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution , but without an understanding of the Constitution and the principles upon which is was written, it is impossible for a Sheriff to honor his or her oath.

The reason elected officials are required to take an oath of allegiance to the Constitution is because it is the Supreme Law of the Land. Any time that a rule, regulation, code, ordinance or statute violates the Constitution, it is the responsibility of the Sheriff to support the Constitution and to refuse to comply with laws that unconstitutional. The purpose of this website is to help educate members of the law enforcement community on Constitution and the principles of liberty.

  •      We need sheriffs that are knowledgeable interpreters of the Constitution.  Unfortunately, I don't think that most of our sheriffs were elected for this reason.  I think that a sheriff must have a knowledgeable interpretation of how the Constitution came to be the "supreme Law of the Land" as it says in Article VI Clause 2:  "This Constitution and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof;  and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding."  This is not the plain talk of folk who freed themselves from tyranny, with their blood, sweat and tears, but the talk of Lawyers(tricksters).  Let me break it down for you, if rich guys in the United States, make a deal with rich guys somewhere else, and formalize their deal with a treaty, Judges in every state are bound to the treaty, even if any thing in the Constitution(future amendments) or Laws of any state(state laws that nullify treaty) run contrary to the treaty.  So I think a sheriff with the right knowledge, is going to take more of an Antifederalist position, with an emphasis on the Bill of Rights-especially the 2nd Amendment.

  • It make my heart happy with the respect I have for these Sheriff's speak out for our Freedom.

I live in Pagosa Springs and we don't have Constitution believing Sheriff's, actually just the opposite.  I don't go into the city because it is danger for the people.  So many people falsely arrested, reputations destroyed. It is a city that a person is quilty until proven innocent.

I praise God you all of you.

    Thank you,
