This is THE new movement for a new time. It will be centered around The responsibility of the People to be a watchdog over EVERYTHING our government AT ALL LEVELS is doing. An oversight committee made up of elected or appointed representatives to act as another hurdle for any legislation or other executive action taken by government and any attempt to violate rights of ANY kind could be immediately squelched.
The Fourth Branch to make sure the other three do their job.

Anna Von Reitz has done yeoman's work on this. Her site is littered with a chronological compendium of discoveries, documents, notices and filings all inexorably leading to the very same conclusions and without the fits and burps endemic to the NLA - not that their efforts are inconsequential.
It might be worth considering parallel adoption of the republic of the united states (repuclicoftheunitedstates.org) along with the people's grand jury in order to put some teeth into both concepts to actually effect needed change - quickly.
Either way, I'm looking forward to Morton's ideas.

Robert Schultz is the founder of the idea of citizen based oversight of our government at every level. I simply lean toward your opinion that it's about time for ALL of us to start working together. I start with The Constitution Club and it's affiliates and associates, but will soon have us numbering in the millions instead of the thousands. Then perhaps we could actually BE the 3% of the population that will make the necessary changes and never again let Americans think that there is no Fourth Branch, because there is now!
This is called the Common Law Grand Jury. People are the true judges. No such thing as BAR liayers nor judicial immunity they give themselves.

NLA started me on this path, but seems they don't fully understand the remedy. The constitutional judges, including judge Anna have a more direct plan for remedy. What really turned me off to NLA was that they initiated a fed complaint against judge Anna for expressing her views and stepping up to the plate. Why would a group who espouses the corruption of the feds make a complaint to them regarding one of the people?
It's too bad, as they have a lot of members, but many like me, are questioning their direction.
I've lacked confidence in NLA since its inception. I suggest they do not either understand or accept who they are - people and not persons. The distinction if of utmost importance.

I agree completely, that is why we need the original 13th amendment returned to us as it was ratified by the required number of states. The original 13th would remove all of the lawyers as their titles would prohibit them from actively partaking in the government. Maybe then this country could once again be a great and wonderful country.
