The laws of nature and nature's God apply in all of the states. Any other legislation that does not violate the principles of natural law should come from the legislature of the state where we live.

The primary function of the national government is to protect the lives, liberty and property of the people. Their mission is to provide for our common defense and promote the general welfare.

All potential legislation that is not delegated in Article I, Section 8, is reserved to the states respectively, or to the people. The primary function of the central government is not to control the people, it is to protect the people from the abuse of power by their government at any level.

We really don't need new laws, we simply need to enforce the laws which are consistent with the principles of natural law. Rather than writing new laws, Congress should begin repealing all of the existing laws which violate the natural rights of the people.

  • I wrote my own version of "Health" "Care", according to the Law of Nature and Nature's God and to united States Constitution. I sent a previous version to Senator Portman, thanking him for voting against unconstitutional, socialist "health" "care".

    Thoughts??

The Constitution of united States of America clearly states that it and it alone, is the Supreme Law of the Land and according to the foundation for the Law of the Land, as it is laid out in the Declaration of Independence’ reference to the Law of Nature and Nature’s God—this Federal statutory law must conform to both the Constitution and to the Law of Nature and Nature’s God.

Hereby, Article I of united States Constitution, clearly does not designate health care as any federal jurisdiction through either acts of Congress, the President or through the Judicial system; Thereby, health care is constitutionally, and legally, designated to the powers and jurisdiction of these united States and to We the People through the 10th Amendment. These united States, according to united States Constitution, must provide a republican form of government, that, hereby, must not create or support socialist political or economic enterprises, structured through 3-rd party redistributive methods, or otherwise designed to treat legal and sovereign citizens unequally under the law. Thereby, each sovereign State must allow free enterprise to decide which methods and processes construct any "health" “care” system, and that such enterprise must be between the only two legal parties, including only patient and provider.

According to our foundation in the Declaration of Independence, All men are created equal, and All, according to the Law of Nature and Nature’s God, must be treated equally, under All laws, both Civil and Criminal—according to this biblical principle, and at each vertical level of government, including local government, city government and state government. Therefore, this Federal law is hereby written, and this Federal law states clearly, that all legal and sovereign Citizens of this united Republic, have equal opportunity to seek "health" “care”, with equal opportunity to decide for themselves, whether or not to act or participate in, with no penalties under forced coersion, under any circumstances, or through any provider, supplier, regulator, taxing authority, or any other such coersive means not designated herewithin this Federal law.

In support, honor and reverence of, and abiding by united States Constitution; and also to the unspecified and un-stated jurisdictions prescribed through the 10th Amendment, this Federal Statutory law clearly states and under Constitutional authority of law, that; under no circumstances, may "health" “care” ever be jurisdicted, written or invented by either the Federal Executive branch, the Federal Legislative branch or the Federal Judicial branch; nor by extension to any and/or all state authority; and, according to each State's requirement to provide a republican form of government, no state shall, in any way, use the concept of "Health""Care" to institute upon its legal and sovereign citizens, any and/or all redistributive measures based upon "Health""Care", or any other term misconstrued to connive constitutional jurisdictions that do not adhere to both founding documents, clearly, honestly and specifically.

Accordingly and respectfully, recognizing, that each sovereign State must also conform to the Law of Nature and Nature's God, and must provide to each citizen of each state a republican form of government this Federal law states that: Therefore, no state, shall mandate "health" "care" through any 3rd-party coersion, as any part of any requirement upon its sovereign citizens; and no state shall refuse to adhere to the Constitution of these united States, and each state must also include and adhere to the biblical principles laid out in the Declaration of Independence; and no state shall impose socialist redistribution policies, laws, penalties, enforcement or regulations, and each state must recognize the biblical (and legal) principles laid out before us in both documents.

This Federal law is written, thereby, to clearly enforce, state, and support both founding documents, and it may; in no form, ever be repealed, under reason of undermining the republic of these united States of America. Any future legally elected representative in the Executive branch, the Legislative branch, or chosen for the Judicial branch,  must be prosecuted to the full extent of existing law for violations of this thoughtfully and respectfully submitted law, written in enforcement and respect of the principles to which we hold dear, and any violations thereof, must proceed directly to a Citizen's Common Law Grand Jury, to be held responsible to We the People.

    respectfully submitted
