    Let's not forget FDR's involvement in 1933, when he declared the Bank Holiday. This set in motion a set of acts that would seal the fate of the American people forever, until one President or another should decide to end PP - 2038, 2039 and 2040, and the War Powers Act of March 4th, 1933. And we see how far Kennedy got with that move when he tried to end the Federal Reserve's stranglehold on the American public.
